Last week we had some leaking and Porfirio came out and diagnosed the problem as the circulator pump. We had a one-year warranty on parts and labor from last year. So with approximately two weeks remaining on the warranty Porfirio had us back up and running in a week. As a jaded customer of many businesses I expected some backtracking on the warranty but Precision and Porfirio renewed my faith in honest business practices. Thank y'all.

If you can't replace the part you have to replace the refrigerator costing thousands of dollars. I called another appliance parts store in the valley and they didn't have the part either but recommend calling All Desert Appliance. I called and they said that they had a used working fan motor. A used working fan motor is better than none at all so I drove out and got it. After installing it the refrigerator was running great! This is the first time I've used All Desert Appliance but from this experience I highly recommend them.
