He brought every color of the rainbow for lollipop flavors. Top notch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My son asked if we can go back for an oil change every week. Honestly not the mother-son bonding I ever envisioned, but it was a pretty great time. So convenient, so friendly, so easy to recommend. I cannot praise the Lube Center on Middlebrook Rd more!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jose the manager has been such a tremendous help to me on two different visits[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].I have been ripped off by Jiffy Lube on several occasions and this go around I decided to try Lube Centers... Middlebrook Rd being the closest to me by 10 minutes. So, I took my 2021 Wrangler in for an oil change which turned into a full on filter/s replacements as well as air in my tires, lights checked... the works. All fluids changed and have I mentioned the customer service from EVERYONE!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]From start to finish I was given the royal treatment. Explanations of how oils are changed, education on my turbo engine, why I have two batteries instead of just one.... An impressive team for sure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Today ( Feb 2,2026) I came in with a concern about my battery light coming on... the jeep only had 29k miles on it and five years old... so I was a bit concerned. She had less pick up at 70 mph as well but [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jose told me to bring her by for a free alternator check!!! When I got there, Enrique hopped right on her and explained everything the team was going to do and why![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Come to find out... everything in my jeep remained the same when the unhooked my battery, so I did not need to reset anything. The car continued to run so we knew then the alternator was in good shape. At that point the light was turned off soooo... with the extreme cold temps ( 2-14 degrees last week) technology tends to get wonky. Tires lose a few pounds of air and so on. I was just thrilled my alternator was in good shape. I got my oil changed here yesterday and it was great! I went about an hour after they opened and I got right in! It only took about 10-15 minutes for them to do everything. Very fast! They checked my fluids and tires and topped off everything that needed it. The employees were so nice and explained everything very clearly. They also didn't push me to get extra stuff like a lot of places do. I got the high mileage oil, so it was a bit pricier. I paid about $70, but it was so worth it for the service I received. Of course, I refuse to be up-sold on anything, but my serviceman Nahir was very knowledge in explaining to me what was actually going on with my car. Been coming here to get my oil change since I started driving - always great service! But yesterday was on a new level. One of my airpods had fallen through a hole in the nook of my emergency break. My options were take the L and chew out $200+ for a new pair or 10x that for a mechanic to take my car apart to get it... The manager got it out in less than 20 minutes. He explained little tips and tricks for my vehicle that I didn't even know about, and was so friendly I couldn't believe it! Raymond, our technician was also very helpful, explanatory, and kind. I am an older retired man . I have managed fleets of vehicles coast to coast . I had never even heard of " The Lube Center " . Time is money . Service is expected .This is what you expect when you are sending hundreds of vehicles for service every month . The people at the lube center had never met me and all they did was treat me like they do anybody coming there for service . Great !!! Less than 9 minutes . Oil drained ,filter pulled , new filter installed ,new oil filled in , air filter replaced and they even gave me a senior discount . Five is not enough stars , There should be some extra stars in the rating . They even threw in a free car wash !! read more

Kevin has d an excellent job with running and managing this location, prior to Kevin, I must say the service was not that good. However, This week I was hearing a strange noise coming from under my car, after coming back from a long road trip . i knew it was not a Lube Center issue, but I knew that the gentleman in the shop would be able to give me some direction as to what it was and which way to go. Most of the employees are very professional and courteous. The oil change itself is pretty pricey, but eh, you pay for the quick change-n-go service. But then what I assume is the supervisor (the one with the accent), comes out and does his usual upsell of services I probably don't need. That's fine, it's to be expected. I refused almost everything. I just wanted an oil change that day. He notices my front right spotlight is out and asks if I wanted it replaced for an extra $15. I mistakenly agree. After fumbling around for 30 minutes, he says the job is done, but that due to some technical issues, the old bulb fell through and is just lying inside the headlamp enclosure. He reluctantly asks if I want it removed.. "it's up to you" he says. Uh yeah, please. He sighs and says it'll take another 30 minutes. He ends up having to take my entire front wheel off to finish the job and 40 minutes later it's done. I had to remind him to give me back my wheel key. A few days later, I notice my brakes are rattling/grinding. I take it to my trusted mechanic this time, and he tells me the wheel and brakes/rotor were put on incorrectly and something entirely was missing (I don't fully recall what). $178 to repair. TL;DR: Don't go here. read more

I don't know why anybody would go to a Jiffy Lube when there is The Lube Center. I'm an idiot for not coming here sooner (and risk going to a Jiffy Lube. Let me tell you, it is a risk). Something I noticed that was cool about the staff is they want to have an educated staff. One time when I went, the guy insisted on helping me reset the oil change reminder in my car. I didn't know how but I told him not to worry and I'd figure it out later. But he really wanted to figure it out because he said this way he'll know how to set the next similar car. Then another time, one guy showed another guy how to set something for future reference. I think this says a lot about the staff. Anyway, the staff is incredibly nice and professional. I'll definitely go back next time I need an oil change! Edit: 3/19/18: Forgot to add that Lube Center isn't aggressive with pushing you to buy more services besides getting an oil change. They'll give you recommendations on a sheet and you can take it or leave it, unlike at Jiffy Lube - you have to be really aggressive to get them to back off. I hate that! Lube Center is really cool and polite with their recommendations and then you're on your way. read more

Hi, I'm Sierra a former employee of the lube center. My car went down on the way to work on 2/20/2021 I called my insurance company they sent someone who never showed. My boyfriend had to come and jumpstart my car. On 2/21/2021 I went to Autozone to purchase a battery. But the price did not include installing. Went to tire plus and they wanted $100 to put the battery in. So I returned the battery to Autozone had to jump my car again and went to The Lube Center. I was so happy to see the guys again... Bj, Tj, Shawn Alexis the whole crew. Tj, and Bj got my battery installed quickly and efficiently. I would have went there in the first place but I wasn't sure about my car making it. I'll start off by saying I have been a loyal customer to both the Lube Center and The Auto Spa in Germantown for over a decade. During my normal routine of having my wife's SUV oil changed, tires rotated, and then over to have it cleaned, today's experience was horrible. First, the tech at the Lube Center clearly was NOT trained and took forever to just get my car up on a lift.. And after tires were rotated, car was lowered down with lugnurs hand tightened.. Had to have the assistant manager come over and tell the tech to tighten and torque all 4 wheels. Considering you have signs everywhere reminding customers to rotate their tires regularly I cannot fathom why they wouldn't be trained and profficent at this. I then drove the the auto spa as I usually do and my car went through the car wash with the system not operating at all. I was given a very quick apology anen had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes in line to get my car washed properly (which, spoiler alert, wasn't). read more

Jiffy lube sucks. Been taking all of my cars there for years. Had a service van there all the time and when I need history on oil changes they can't find anything. I show them an invoice from the work and they don't even show that. Ford needed the service history from them to warranty my engine that failed. No records that Ford needed from them directly so my engine is now my problem $7.000 later. Thanks jiffy lube and your poor excuse of a service center. Now that I know this I'm now hearing all the nightmares people have had dealing with them. Some of their locations were placed in a Sting operation by the police for ripping people off. Yeah I can see this happening for sure. Want good advice? Don't take your car there for anything. If you have any warranty on a vehicle your screwed. read more

I was traveling in the area and needed to get my oil changed before heading back home. This place had good reviews so I gave them a chance. I was greeted quickly, and was in the bay in no time. One person immediately went to work under the hood while another you could see on camera was underneath it. A young guy collected my information, and yet another person cleaned my windshield and filled my tires with air. I felt like I was in a nascar pit! Several times I was offered water, juice or coffee! My oil was changed quickly. They did try to up sell me to have my differential fluid changed, but I declined. My truck takes 8 quarts of oil, so there was an up charge. Total was just over $90. And I got a certificate for a free car wash at a place just around the corner! Great value, and even better customer service!! read more

This place is great. I started coming here when it was another business a few years ago, but when the new management took over, they kept up the same level of service, and kept with the existing records on my car. Any time I need my oil changed, and generally other services, I try to consistently take it here. They are not pushy at all about their services, and are very good about showing you your filters, fluids, etc. and explaining anything you don't understand. The staff is always friendly, and the manager has talked to me directly several times over the years. Prices seem reasonable, and they are a lot more personal and thorough than most chain oil change places tend to be. This is definitely a place I'd like to support over the Jiffy Lubes and Midases of the world. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT COME HERE! They have horrible service, don't own up to their mistakes, rude assistant manager, and don't take their customers and their complaints seriously! I went in there a couple of weeks ago for an oil change because I read how "awesome" they are on Yelp so I went in there with confidence. The mechanic whose name I think was David, was responsible for my oil change, he told me no need to get out of my car, he would check everything quickly and change my oil in no time. So in the meantime I decided to sign up for loyalty club. Everything SEEMED great, he changed the oil (also tried to push me for other changes) but I just left satisfied with the oil change. When I got home, I open the hood to double check his oil change and find out that oil dip stick is broken, the top handle part of it is neatly placed on the top of the oil tank tube, furious that the mechanic didn't bother telling me he broke my dip stick, I come back to the shop so they give me a new one. The lady who's responsible for filling out forms tells me it was my responsibility and it's not their fault it broke....WHAT!!! Of course I proceeded to ask for the manager because I was even more furious they tried to blame for their poor quality work. The manager, Lee, comes out to look at it and tells me that happens all the time and they can't do anything about it .....NO NO, I tell him you broke it, you fix it. He proceeds to try to blame me for it saying that in the last 10 mins that I've been gone, I could have broken it myself....um yes because I have nothing better to do but to break my own oil dip stick, waste my time by coming back and blaming the shop for it?!?! On the side note, yes, the oil dip stick is only $5 and I could've just went to the store myself and bought a replacement but it was a matter of their HORRIBLE service - David, the mechanic broke my dip stick, most likely didn't even change my oil because the metal part of the stick was stuck in the narrow tube, and then when I came back to have them replace the dip stick THEY broke, they tried to tell me at first that it happens all the time and its not their mechanics' responsibility and then switched to trying to blame me for breaking it.... Anyway, after arguing with Lee, I then asked to speak to the president of the company because this horrible customer service is unacceptable. Lee said he would try to get in touch with him. While they made me wait 2 hours as they ordered and had someone deliver the new dip stick, Lee supposably as he said called the president of the company but "his father died" so he couldn't speak to me. And he chuckled as he said that. Yeah ok....I'm not stupid. So, in the end, I waited 2 hours for them to give my replacement and after that I made a vow TO NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! read more

If only I could give zero stars. In short, they locked up my engine by trying to start it without oil. They then had it sent to their Frederick location for inspection and because it couldn't be proven that they started it without oil, they said they wouldn't pay for the repairs. If you know anything about engines, you'd agree a truck running just fine doesn't lock up in the service bay during and oil change, unless there's no oil in the engine. So, I came here for a quick oil change. I was so proud of myself... thinking, I would be saving some money by coming here instead of my usual Ford dealership! *sigh* I was incorrect. The oil changes here actually cost more than my dealership (and Ford includes the tire rotation in the price.) The good news is... they were quick and efficient! I was in and out of there pretty quick! The staff were super nice and accommodating. It was a warm day, so they asked if I needed anything, like water or coffee. The mechanic took the time out to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood. Don't get me wrong, I totally like this place! I may come back in 3,500 miles.
