I called on Sunday 4/14 at 2:30 pm to inquire about getting my phone repaired. I was told I could drop off the phone and pick it up Monday 4/15 for a 24 hour repair. The store associate confirmed he had the phone part so I dropped of my phone that afternoon at 3:30pm. Monday at 5:30 I stopped by to pick up my phone and the store associate said they were waiting on a part, and it wasn't ready but would be ready Tuesday early afternoon. I called Tuesday (before driving out there) at 11:00 am and was told the shipment still hadn't arrived but it would in the next hour and my phone would be ready to pick up that evening before close. I drove by that evening around 6:30 pm and I was told "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready" - they had not started. The store associate said it would now be ready "Wednesday morning when we open". I asked for a specific time, and I was told 10 or 10:30. Wednesday morning 4/17 I called at 10:30am and asked for the status. I was told "in the next 30 to 1 hour". At 11:30 I drove to pick up my phone and the associate said "im sorry ma'am but your phone isn't ready. It will be another hour." At this point, I asked for my phone back and I told the man I would take it somewhere else. He said he couldn't do that because he already started the repair. I said, I don't care - give me the pieces and ill take it somewhere else. He said no. I told him I refused to pay, and he said then "you won't get your phone then". At this point I decided to wait in the store until he finished. I waited for about 50 minutes until my phone was done. I was offered no accommodation or discount. I will never ever do business with you again and I will never recommend it to anyone else. On a positive note the phone seems to be repaired fine and the price was reasonable.

On the fourth day, I get a message saying 'come pick your phone up, we can't fix it because we can't find the faulty part'. I ask for information about the faulty part, and they give me none. Moreover the lady at the front desk has the audacity to act exasperated and condescending when I ask for information about which part exactly is broken, and acts as if I'm being rude and unreasonable for asking for my money's worth on the diagnostics. She lies and tells me the part is not available in the US, when it is available everywhere online. I suspect that they ruined something else on my phone and didn't want to fix it because of that, so I'll be using another repair service to see if that's the case. The positive reviews are probably fake accounts from China, don't trust them.

The guy who answered the phone let us know that he could fix the issue and have it done within 20 minutes. We came to the location right away and located Curtis who was the gentleman that was going to help With my phone. The suite/office is located inside of a building. The location has a lobby waiting area, however Curtis let my daughter and I wait in the office as he fixed my phone. He told me and showed me how my battery had extended (physically it was making my screen bulky), which was contributing to my battery life being horrible with my phone. He literally was done fixing it within 20 minutes and the phone's battery was at 77% once he was done fixing it - so I didn't have to wait to be able to use it. He was knowledgeable, kind and quick. I would return for other services and would recommend him/RDU cell phone repair to others in need of services. I paid around $75 and they accept digital payment. They also buy devices as well!
