No-experience newbies are found at his store. The customer service is so bad that I had to go to the store and navigate them through Myverizon app(their own app). I complained to the manager about the representatives and he took their side. They deceive you by promotions that are not printed anywhere on the receipts, and then they do not tell you all the steps to complete your promo redemption. Just awful. I visited the store 4 times, and I'd give them ZERO star on every single visit. So unprofessional. read more

Disappointing. I received a call from my parents to learn that they were told by Verizon Corporate to visit this store and get new SIM cards. The store sold them 2 new iphones (at over 3K) telling them something about the new cards not working with the old iphones. When they returned home the new phones were not working correctly so after another call to Corporate they were told to put the new SIM from the new phone in their old phone...works perfectly. Upon returning the new phones they did NOT receive a full refund, but rather a partial refund being told the rest would be refunded later. Another call to Corporate reveals that the purchase was handled incorrectly and that an escalation must be completed before the refund can be issued. Now there is a new charge on the bill for another $360 that can't be refunded until the return in processed 100%. I'm more than a little pissed at how my parents were treated here. Maybe this store has a lack of scruples and takes advantage of people...or perhaps they simply have staff who don't know what they are talking about and sell when they should service. Either way they have lost my parents business and that of our friends & family + whoever reads this review. read more

Can you hear me now? YES! Yes I can! I actually really hate shopping for phones. So much mumbo jumbo and I always feel like I'm getting screwed some how. BUT, today was actually pleasant. A gentleman by the name of Benjamin Neal not only had the patience to deal with me and my wife, but spoke my language and was really relatable. Sometimes this is hard with sales people. But this guy really took the time to explain things not only once to my wife, but then a second time to me because I was chasing our little one around the store. But this guy really took the time to make sure we understood everything and allowed us time to discuss it amongst ourselves. I really appreciate it when customer service is on point. I normally dont write reviews but this experience has left me both horrified and astounded. My daughter went to this store and purchased a new phone. The gentleman made a mistake and added a new line instead of placing this new phone on her original line. When I caught it she went back and spoke to a gentleman named Camden. I wish to point out he did not make this orginal mistake however he is the reason I am writing this review. I spoke to him over the phone and he acknowledged that the store made a mistake however stated I would have to call customer service. When I asked him if we could do a 3way conversation he said he would not do that or help. He than hung up on me. I tried calling him back and he than refused to talk to me and hung up on me again. I called customer service who than tried calling the store on my behalf to fix the issue. The young lady did not disclose what happened however she encouraged me to write a letter to corporate stating what this guy did and let them know she also wrote down notes regarding her interaction with him. She said something needed to be said regarding his behavior. My guess is her experience was less than pleasant. I end this review with this. Camdens behavior was both disrespectful and truthfully unbelievable. Mistakes due happen but how we handle them is really what matters. I encourage everyone to judge for themselves but this military mom will not do business with this gentleman ever. Beware read more

Given the response from the business owner and me receiving a phone call from Verizon cooperate offices I am changing my review from a 1 to 3. At the branch I was told my phone (which stopped making calls) was no longer compatible with the Verizon network which was incorrect. I even had the phones box with me that listed all of the networks it will work on but they didn't explain how they came to their conclusion. Verizon believes it was an honest unfortunate mistake and I have been informed that training will be done to prevent this from happening to the next customer. I don't think Verizon would have gotten back to me on this if they did not take it seriously and I'm impressed with them as a company for reaching out to me. I hope the training works. I actually had a good vibe about the people there until I spoke with the manager. Maybe we will see better reviews on here going forward. read more

Be cautious when expecting the rebate center to back up what the employees at Verizon telll you. There was one that told me that I would get $200 rebates on 4 phones. Guess what it didn't happen not on all. BE AWARE that they get commission and by the time you realize they were not forthcoming with rebate info it's too late. read more

Straight up best experience I've had dealing with a cell phone company. They wanted me to switch and they did everything they could to get me to switch from Sprint who I've been with since 2004. It's outrageous, their are no perks for long time members just heart ach. Every time I go in they are rude. I'm buying out my phone now and going else where. We switched from Sprint to Verizon in June 2016. They we're going to pay Sprint off so we could switch to Verizon. They made everything sound great. Here it is September 2017, Sprint isn't payed off it's hit my credit. Now a manager Keith who has been trying to take care of it says he only got there 5 months ago and the mess was handed to him and they are refusing to help me finish this thing out to get it paid off. I would never recommend anyone going to the branch for service. You will get drug out and lied to and then left out on a limb. read more

The people working at the local store are very friendly and helpful. That being said, I just switched from AT&T to Verizon and when I got my first bill, the Surcharges were significantly higher than with AT&T. I spoke with Verizon and their representative kept telling me that these were Federal and State taxes, which is BS. If that were true, they would be the same for every carrier. These are fees that the company imposes on their own. With AT&T, the surcharges on my bill were about $6/mo. My first Verizon bill had over $38 in surcharges. Just beware before switching. read more

I do not recommend this store at all. I went into the store to replace a phone that was stolen. The sales rep was very helpful and assured me that I was not renewing my contract when I got my replacement phone. I trusted what she was doing. I paid for my phone and thought everything was good. I called Verizon to see when my contract was up and they told me that when I had gone into get my replacement phone, that the lady had signed me up for another two years and that there was nothing anyone could do.
