They did an excellent job cleaning the slash and stacking logs to be processed for firewood. They showed up on time and completed the job in four hours, including a trip back to their shop to bring in a tracked excavator. He devised a plan to preserve as much of the original pine walls as possible and integrated the new pieces beautifully. He identified the root of the problem - leaks at the chimney - and he had it sealed and patched fast. We then made a surprise discovery - our old log beam mantle had rotted through. We had no idea how we would find a piece of wood that would match the cabin and Jim worked magic. In two hours he found a gorgeous salvage mantle replacement - amazing. Service came out and replaced the (supposedly) brand new batteries. The chair operated for 2 weeks, then started showing error code 9 - "Service Technician required". Then in May, dead again. Another service call - still showing error code 9 but All-Ways is not willing to do anything about it - "Just use it until it dies again".

It took me several phone calls just to reach someone in the office to confirm my new date, my wife actually had to make a phone call that was answered. I had been previously told that the company only does Residential services on Fridays. When I moved into my new home, about 1 week ago before my new service date, I was surprised to see the company go two houses down and clear out a residential lot (that my builder had purchased) The work they do is fine but be prepared to deal with multiple schedule changes and lack of communication.
