Everytime I go to check on the status its so ridiculous I never seen any one of thw employees I talk to the second time . So I have to explain. And pull the copy of thw report but guess they all do it or talk to thw manager latter and they will call me . No one seems bother. Even called their customer service. It's my second time coming and they didn't have clean towels either time. The spot labeled clean towels is not separated from the dirty towels so it's all just one spot. Maybe a small thing but I really appreciated when the other Quick Quacks I've been to had the dividers between the clean and dirty towels. I used a towel and it completely dirtied my hands and interior cloth seats. I'd still go to Quick Quack since I have a membership but likely not this location. Which is a bummer since it's close to my job. They also don't give out dash wipes like the other ones. read more

Lots of water spots and the location isn't as clean as the ones in the Bay Area. There were also no towels offered.

Classic little bait and switch with this place. When it first opened, prices were reasonable and staff was friendly. Now, they are the highest priced drive through car wash in the area and simply not worth it. The social media manager will comment on this post, talking about how the real value is monthly membership. She has done it on about 10 other reviews which are letting the business know their prices are too high. I don't need another subscription service, let alone one for car washes. Now that Quick Quack has taken over Anaheim Car Wash Express, I had to try Quick Quack. One car ahead of me. I was immediately greeted with a smile from the woman who helps with payment before you enter the car wash. They have a great marketing strategy, where she asks, which monthly membership would you like? I responded, I just want a one-time wash and the cheapest was $8. Anaheim Car Was used to be $6. They have a wet cloth to wash the dashboard and I was on my way. As I entered the car wash, the worker gave clear instructions and as usual only sprays the driver side of the car. The machines seem clean and high-tech. My car came out a few moments later and I parked to use the complimentary vaccum. I was disappointed that they do not have the air spray anymore, which made me sad. The vaccum is actually not that strong, which was not good. My car wasn't fully dry, as expected since I only paid $8 but I thought the air spray would still be there. Also the wash did not get rid of certain spots like tree sap. read more

When I showed them the damage, their staff gave me a report and assured me that Oscar would contact me within a few days to compensate for the damage. I met and called them three times, and the staff always said they would notify the manager. I believe they did not intend to resolve the case because it has been 15 days since the incident occurred, and they have yet to contact me. If you read the report, it states, "Customer will be contacted within three business days." Hopefully, they will contact me after reading this review.
