I brought my truck to this car wash on 12/11/2025 around 11:15 AM. Immediately after exiting the wash, I noticed multiple scratches across several panels that were not present beforehand. I reported the issue on site right away and followed up with management the same day. Management declined to inspect the vehicle and denied responsibility based on assumptions about the vehicle being a work truck, rather than reviewing the condition before and after the wash. No resolution or next steps were offered. I also noticed that the vehicle was put through the wash without a pre-rinse, despite visible dirt and debris being present, and the car was not fully cleaned afterward, with multiple areas still dirty. Sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision...

The staff was super kind and helpful, but the wash wasn't strong enough. After the first wash there was still dirt and bugs on the front of my car. Staff was kind and sent me through again, but it still did not clean everything. $20 spent to go home and wash it myself. Not worth it

Came here for the free wash ! They gave me a free air freshener , sparkling water and a dash board wipe . Would recommend coming here for your washes recommend going in morning no wait . Very friendly and my car is nice and clean ! And they have 50% for new members

I tried it! They offered residents of the area a free car wash! Which I felt was very generous in these times. It was very good for what it is. A mostly do it yourself car wash. They provide drying towels which you return. They offer free gifts, a hanging car deoderizer, wet cloth which again in these times are very generous. But at the end of the day, I would rather pay more and have some do the vacuuming and drying for me! read more

So glad to see this car wash being used again. My kids love coming here we blast our music and enjoy the show. Initially I signed up for the $5 trial and kept my membership. It's well worth it, every visit you are offered dash wipes, microfiber towel, air freshener, and ice cold drinks! Service is always friendly and fast! read more

Okay, I was being selfish by keeping this place to myself, but I just have to give them a shout out. I came here about a month and half ago when they had the $5 wash special. I decided to give it a try. I liked it so much that both my husband and I got the membership for both of our vehicles. I love the customer service. Every time I come I feel welcomed. I am offered drinks (water or sparkling water). They provide wipes and hanging scents for free! I also love the convenience. I don't have to worry about making sure I have towels to dry my car, they provide them! So, if I'm passing by and my car is in need of a wash, I just stop by. It's quick! The only down-side is that they need more vacuums. Still, it is worth it! read more

The wash is great! Gets all dirt off and leaves it sparkling clean. I love they provide towels, air freshener and wipes to dry and clean the cars. They even give you complimentary waters when you arrive. I feel my car is a cleaner than when I take it to a car wash where they wash and clean it. Definitely recommend. I saw a negative review but decided to give this place a chance anyway. Unfortunately, I wish I had listened. The wash didn't properly clean my car, didnt bother to even hose it down despite visible dirt on my car, and I noticed scratches afterward that weren't there before. Probably because the debris was being wiped all over my car with the machines. After my experience, I also noticed several positive reviews appear all at once, which made me question whether the earlier warning was being buried. SMH! read more

Small location with a slightly unusual setup, but it gets the job done. It wasn't amazing, but it definitely wasn't bad either. If you live nearby, the membership options are actually a solid value. THEY SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This was my first and last time at this car wash. I drove up and specifically asked if they washed the inside- since i had to justify $25 for a wash. She said yes and I thought that price wasn't bad. And she also let me believe it was a hand wash which it was not. The car was worse coming out than it looked coming in! After we came out I asked for a refund and she said we can run it again and the second time wasn't much better. Not to mention all the scratches and marks it left on my car afterwards. It's ridiculous! You should just go next door with their $9.99 wash and you'll get a much better job done!!! read more

I stopped by during their grand opening on Saturday and received a complimentary wash. The staff was welcoming and treated me like a member from the start, which made a strong first impression. I also found out that members receive drinks with every visit, which is a great added benefit. The wash itself was excellent, and the complimentary food afterward was a great bonus. This was a cool easy place. Drove up and they give you a fresh towel to wipe down your car, an air freshener, and even water bottles. It's a drive through car wash and they have vacuums. The membership program seems like a pretty good deal. I definitely will be going back and recommend trying it out. read more

I went with the deluxe wash which came out to almost $50, and honestly I'd get that same package again if I were to come back. Years ago I remember this place being packed, but today it was super slow. I'm guessing it's just how things are lately, but it definitely threw me off at first. Walking in was a whole little journey. You enter through this area with tons of car products everywhere, people sitting around outside, and you kind of have to weave your way through before you finally reach the cashier on the left. The lady working there was really sweet and friendly and tried setting me up with their membership where after 10 washes you get a free basic one. I signed up because why not, but realistically I probably won't be coming back that many times. They do have different packages and specials though, which is nice to keep in mind. I asked how long the wash would take and she said about 45 minutes, which sounded fair, but it ended up being closer to an hour. It didn't bother me personally, but if you're in a rush, just know the timing might run a little longer than expected. Now here's where things went downhill a bit. There is literally nowhere to sit inside. Everything is outside, and the waiting area is basically right on a super busy street with cars constantly pulling in and out. It was chaotic, loud, and not relaxing at all. On top of that, there's a random massage chair outside which felt very out of place like who is trying to get a massage while breathing in car exhaust and listening to traffic. Then the trash truck pulled up and started doing its loud reversing concert right next to us and I was like yep, this is my peaceful car wash moment. Even after it left, it was still nonstop noise. I really think adding some seating inside would make a huge difference, especially on hot days or windy days. When my car finally came out, it looked good overall, but I did notice that the lower black area under the car wasn't touched and still had dirt on it, which made me realize they might not hit every single surface. Nothing crazy, but just something to be aware of if you're super picky. For a regular wash, it was definitely decent. Price wise though, I can get a similar wash for about $40 in La Puente, so this one felt a little on the higher side for what you get. One last funny thing, when I tipped the guy he didn't say thank you, and when I paid with card the cashier asked if I wanted cash back in a way that almost felt like a tip hint. I didn't even realize it until after and thought, ohhhh okay I see how this works here. I had already seen some reviews mentioning that, so just be mindful of it. Overall, good wash, nice staff, but the chaotic waiting area, higher price, and small missed spots are what keep it at four stars for me. Not terrible at all, just not my new go to car wash either.

Prior to having my tint done here at Ace tint and ppf I had a horrible experience at a local shop that said they were 3M authorized but never gave me a warranty from 3M. If you have 3M window tint you know what I'm talking about. The tint shop will give you their shop warranty but 3M is also supposed to give you one. I wasted time and money at that other shop but hey, you live and you learn. Don't do what I did, go with someone who has years of experience and will not sell you some bs because after seeing the job Rene did and the sorry job the other tint shop did, it was a day and night difference, i would definitely recommend Ace tint and ppf to anyone looking for a shop that has professional workers, great customer service and uses top of the line film.

When putting on the clamps for the exhaust tips the owner (Sorry, I forgot your name, my bad) rotated the clamps in such a way that they would never be noticeable (clamp bolts) from the rear. This car is low and it probably would not have mattered but I know from experience from other shops that they would have just slapped the clamps on. Would have it worked? Yes. "Professional detail" no. The details matter and that is how you know you are dealing with someone that cares about the service they provide you. My job was a Corsa cat back exhaust on a 2024 Ford Mustang GT. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. Not like some other shops where it just seems like the person is guessing half the time. I work on my own project cars. So I have a certain skill level and sometimes I am that person that is guessing on how to do something. This shop was none of that. Professional and knowledgeable all the way. I will be letting everyone I know about the shop for their exhaust needs. You get what you pay for. The prices at this shop are fair, competitive and totally reasonable. Seriously I felt like I got a bargain just based on how professional the shop was. Side note- The owner has legit welding skills too. I saw examples. I would not hesitate for him to weld anything I needed done. NOT RELATED TO THIS SHOP AT ALL... Just a personal rant about some Yelp reviewers... Again NOT RELATED to this shop or any reviews of this shop...My two cents on Yelp reviews overall where people say they felt over-charged or they know they can get something cheaper. Look, you are paying for someone's skill and overhead (of the business). Stop thinking it is okay to scr3w skilled professionals of their labor because you think it SHOULD cost less. Seems you do not have the skills or understand the knowledge need to do skilled jobs you want someone to preform for you. First off just remember EVERYTHING is more expensive now. Then there is a big difference between doing a job correctly and doing a hack job that will be "good enough'. If you are one of those "good enough" shoppers, then stop leaving bad reviews all over Yelp for business that are actually trying to give you a professional and correct service. Those businesses are NOT trying to rip you off... they are trying not to screw you with shoddy service,
