Today is Tuesday April 21st 2026 I am late apologize. I signed up with a unlimited service for $23 a month to get my car washed I'm happy that it's close to home. On my first wash I wasn't kind of Happy on the back side of my license plate it's like it was kind of dirty still I don't know what day this was I believe it's a weekend and when I got to the end of the line for my car to be dried it was an older Hispanic man salt and peppered hair more salt and he would wear glasses he did a very good job. I forgot what day this was I was getting my truck vacuumed I really wish that they would let people know please don't blast your music. read more

I sent review stating that I was never asked if I wanted monthly membership or just one time wash & was charged first month $30 & second month $20 something dollars. U mentioned that it states when u put ur card in but that's not what happened to me. Every time I went there the employee who was standing there just grabbed my card from me & inserted the card for me. I was never asked what I wanted ever. So maybe let employee know that unless we need help to let us insert the card ourselves so we know which car wash we are purchasing. I have the monthly membership where I can come as many times as I'd like . I just wish they had more locations as it's always super packed and wait times can get a bit long and the lines go out into the street disrupting traffic . But for the price it gets the job done but if your going to come on busier days , come when they open so that your in & out quickly . Workers seem pretty friendly , but they rush you through not focusing on key areas and missing things that are an easy fix. read more

I've been coming here prolly around the time this was still Kellys and then the name change. They're alright and not much of complaints or anything except sometimes you get vacuums that don't really work or have internal clogging and you even had to wait a while it's a pain in the ass and rather you just go home to vacuum your car, or if you wanted to wait "in line" you got some guy being on of the workers to ask you to move or leave and making some "ayyyyyeee ayyyyeee ayyyeee chhchchchchchhchcht" sound like moving you out like a herd of cows. This was like a couple of times under the new monty name ownership. I'd say this is usually 3.5-4 star average. I'm writing this review for 3 stars as On Friday May 24th 2024 because they didn't allow much of space in between cars going through the wash... like flagging to go ahead and come forward a bit too early. So after they continued with the hand motion to move on through and go through after the point to the signs (no hands on wheel neutral etc) after going thru the overhead spinning and side brushes, and a rinse there was a car like infront with a gap of the size less than maybe a car space like A PERSON ... or cone space!!! and that shit to me is dangerous and I had to brake when the car in front of me was going slow through the air drying process and felt some thumps from the conveyor belt I mean I was at the point I didn't see the cars rear tires in front of me. And I'm sure the car behind me did the same too. I want to say these guys gotta do better .. like damn. Hopefully this just a one off but really I dont wanna have to go somewhere else other than hood charter way.. its pretty much my neighborhood car wash. I'm going to be cautious next time and wait till the car in front of me is like not visable otherwise I'll have to yell out "AINT TRYING TO BE TOO CLOSE LIKE LAST TIME BRO LIKE ALMOSY BUMPER TO BUMPER" read more

I just washed my car today. I've been here very other week with no problems so far. Price it's affordable, with air and vacuums to work with. The only thing I'll say it's keeping it from a 5 star would be that I wish the towels they use would be changed more often since they seem to go through many cars before they actually change them. It's been a couple times I've been here lately without them being too busy, and they just smear the water around my windows due to the towels being wet. Very decent car wash job for a drive thru place...a basic wash is only $10 and does the job almost as well as some of these more expensive places. They hand dry for you as you exit and also have vacuums available. For the price it's definitely worth it if all you need is a quick wash. They have different levels that offer more services as well but I've only tried the basic so far. They also have a monthly membership for unlimited washes that starts at $20 a month. read more

Fell from greatness, new faces every single time I wash my truck, what happened to the familiar smiles and faces? Prices have gone UP and the cleaning of said vehicle has gone DOWN. Now my truck is not slathered in mud, but it has its fair share of bugs, dirt, dust. Basics. And half of what I'm trying to get rid of is still there. Got a car wash forgot the name of it. It's was 15$. Went through the car wash when I finish I wasn't happy my car was still dirty. I notified one of the workers that my car was dirty. She asked where and I showed her. She offered to wipe it off for me . I asked if I could just go through the wash again . She said I would have to ask someone. It just seemed like a hassle to get my car actual clean. I won't be returning. Rather go to mister's. They have no problem sending me back though when I'm not satisfied with there work! read more

I went in thinking i was going to get a free wash because of that text message code. However i did not get a free wash. A minute later after getting the wash done i received a text asking how did i like the wash. 1 being the worse 5 being the best. I rated a 1 because i didn't get the free wash like i thought i did. After getting the wash. I came home and noticed my hub cap looked as if someone was trying to take it off. Mind you, i did not see this when i was wiping down my tires. I think someone (maybe the workers) did something while i was distracted wiping down the other side of my car. I mean i did see employees walking back and forth "cleaning the area" in which wasn't trash. They could have done this after my survey! I never had a problem with Monty'a but now, i change my mind! On my member of the watch club I like the service You can go as much as you want for a monthly fee But the only part I don't like It's when they dry off your vehicle they don't do a very good job But I doesn't matter I like this service read more

Just want to try this place will not go back when you drive up only if they are not on break are busy you will get a half rinse off befor they scrub the dirt into your vehicle then after your tires don't shine and are not clean and there are water spots and dirt still on the vehicle the front windshield still had bugs as and so did the front bumper and grill. And then to top it off the vacuum had poor suction can't even vacuum out your vehicle at this location I highly recommend you go somewhere else. I really wish I could give no stars read more

I bought a monthly car wash at the car wash and was given a receipt. I was not given a brochure or anything else stating that this would be a recurring monthly charge. Not happy. I called the day that the charge first hit my statement and was told that there was nothing they good do basically screw you. So I had a bad experience the first time I went there. I decided to give them a second chance and go get my car wash. So when I was done I walk out to look at my car, IT WAS STILL WET!!!!!!! THOSE LAZY ASS WORKERS DID NOT EVEN BOTHER DRYING MY CAR !!!! I just got off of work and I was in a bad mood so I did not even bother complaining to them because it might lead to other things. This is my Go to place to get my car washed I've gone here now four or five times. The wash is more than adequate I get the " worx " Cost is $15 and someone will dry the glass off for you. I give a small gratuity for a decently performed sometimes you can find a coupon for four dollars off. I do recommend this facility. read more

Nice basic carwash. For $9 you get ur car washed, some sort of tire treatment, etc. I dunno exactly what it is but my car looks good after he's washed (yes my car is a he). Plus there is always a cutie or two spraying the car down before it goes in the wash. Only drawback is the crazy maneuvering for the vacuums afterwards. read more

I often come here before i head to the East Bay for work, and i akways need my car clean for my rideshare. Never a complaint here. Even when the machine didnt give me the correct change it was no problem for them to hand me my due change :) they always dry the windows for you. I always tip cuz they always do a good job. Often theres enough time for me to chat ad they dry. Love the wash. Strong vacuums. $15 is kind of steep but once i see the car clean i ok with it lol read more

Great service! For a low price, you get so much more then expected! A wash, wax, tire shine, and hand towel dry after?!! I was pleasantly surprised. My car was looking spotless in little then 2 minutes! If you go during the week, it's not as busy as the weekend. I was surprised to see the free vacuuming option available after car wash. Great, quick, quality exterior carwash for $8-14 depending on what options you prefer. A guy first uses water, soap, and brush to scrub your windshield and grill before entering the wash. Then another person uses towels to hand-dry your car as you leave the wash. Plenty of free vacuums to use afterwards to get the interior. Strong industrial vacuums. I'd come back! read more
