So I'm a little confused when I went to this car wash they didn't have vacuums to use which was a little confusing. I felt like the quality was a little poor because of them not having vacuums available. I don't really feel like I was getting the value for the price I paid. read more

I mainly went there to vacuum my car spend the almost $13 dollar and there were no vacuums. The worker did not tell me they didn't have vacuums,it was so weird all car washes have vacuums not sure why they didn't was pretty bummed won't go to that location again read more

I love everything Quick Quack! Always a great car wash experience. Never have to wait, there's always a spot to use the vacuums and towels after the wash, and more than anything, I feel SAFE at their locations with my vehicle unlocked while i'm vacuuming and wiping down the interior. That's a huge deal. Too many car washes feel unsafe in SLC. read more

Awesome light show for sure. I wasn't prepared for that. Nice surprise. I just wanted to get the dust and water spots off my car so I thought I would stop in close to when they close. There were two lines with only three cars. So I got in the line with one car, which made the line move really fast. It moved so fast I didn't know what the guy that was pantomiming at me was trying to tell me. He frantically tried to tell me to read the sign he was pointing to. The sign tells you to put your car in neutral and take your foot off the gas. Then the light show begins errr I mean the car wash starts. I got the $19.99 Grand Opening special which Includes Everything wash * SEAL BETTER WASH * PLUS: 3-Step Paint Sealant Process * Duck Bath * Shine you can feel * Wax to Seal. Make sure you bring a towel as the dryer doesn't get all the water off. I didn't have a towel, so I have hard water spots on my mirrors I need to rub off. Plenty of vacuum stalls with two hoses per stall one with a wide head and one with a narrow nozzle to get in hard to reach places. The vacuuming was loud which you would correlate to strong suction. No it does not. It does an ok job but had a hard time sucking up a little bit if dog hair on my backseat. You better hurry though there is a 10 minute time limit. read more

Cleans about as well as any drive-through car wash - the usual problem crevices still had grime in them, and a few dried on spots remained; but it did get the bird poop off my roof! What I really liked about this QQ was their vacuums, they're covered - they have a flat shaped hose for rugs and floors, and a skinny one for nooks and crannies! They have compressed air as well, it's a little weak but gets the job done. The staff was friendly, I can't speak too much about the value, this was a free promotional wash. read more

They helped me keep the truck and its parts (mirrors, hitch, tailgate) safe and secure, while advising me of the dangers of bungee cords and ropes in the bed (can become high-tension projectiles with the robotic brushes). This place is cool, cleans pretty well and has vacuums for car wash users. Customer service is always super good! The only thing that gets me is the dash wipes because they're so wasteful. I have never used one, so I question whether or not anyone else does. I get that car washes aren't eco friendly as is, but it's important these days to make as little impact as possible. read more

Decided to stop here after coming back from New Orleans for a quick wash since I had some stuff to do that day and it was on my way there. Customer service wise it wasn't bad, it was fairly quick although the guy that was taking the payments skipped my car a few times before getting to me. I usually wash my car by hand to avoid this type of situation but after going through a quick wash (the $8.99 one) my car had a lot of noticeable micro scratches and also some bad ones on my trunk. Decided to call them and ask how could we fix the situation, they only offered to give me my money back for the wash, not way of getting those scratches filled easy or cheap. So if you're deciding to wash your car here there's a chance it might get scratched like mine. read more

My favorite car wash Compared to rockets crusty car wash this is the cleanest car wash that I've been to. The employees are really nice and they check you in quickly and the car wash never disappoints. And the vacuums are nice I love being able to vacuum the family mini van after taking the kiddos to school. Btw the membership is a deal, you pay once per month and go as many times as you wish that's why it's called an unlimited membership. Isn't that funny? read more

I was surprised how quicked and cleaned my car was after the car wash. Usually, I'm skeptical about going through the car wash because some car wash place scratch off the car paints. I really like the vacuum. It does the job of cleaning up little pieces inside the job. It would be a good idea to bring a hand towel because there are some spots that are still wet after going through the dryer. It's right next to Winco, so its covenant if you need to do a car wash and grocery shopping. read more

If you go to a car wash for the vacuums like I do, GO ELSEWHERE. Quick Quack vacuums couldn't suck water through a straw. It's so bad, I actually thought my vacuum was clogged, but it's all of them.. On top that, their basic is the most basic wash in town. I'd recommend another car wash up the road (supersonic, rocket express, etc.) there are several within a mile radius. You'll get a better basic, better vacuums, and most have a mat cleaning machine! They might not have semi functional orange garbage balls, but your car will thank you for it. read more

Stopped in here to get a quick car wash, and was very disappointed. The line at first seemed to be very short, and the prices I thought were going to be OK, however the quality of the wash was really really bad. Not only was there still dirt all over the outside of my car, but it also had smudged and thrown additional dirt all over the back and the glass of my car. Yuck! I hate to leave a bad review, hoping that maybe this was just a single mistake, but after looking over other reviews I recognize that this place needs some improvements in their automation in order to do a better job and deserve a better rating. read more

Terrible service. They had no problem signing me up and taking my money then telling my my truck isn't allowed. Same exact truck has been to every car wash in The Valley. Only changed as it was closer to home. Such a joke. read more
