The bad: this car wash didn't get the basics clean. Even the windshield was filthy after going through. Dust, dirt, bug splatter and everything else was still on the car. The good: best car vacuums I've ever used. I love Quick Quack for one simple reason GREEN TOWELS. The added bonus is a Life saver. Decent wash, the location in Palm Springs is a bit wonky entering and it does get a little confusing trying to go into the wash, but it's a small nuisance that still doesn't deter me from visiting. The other day, we stopped by the Quick Quack in Palm Springs and were greeted by Andy, and I just wanted to say-what a nice young man he is! My son is disabled, yet he was patient and very gentle with us! He helps you get set up nicely, and he made the whole visit feel easy and pleasant. Will ruin new cars! do not trust. New car re-ended due to operator failure to safely direct into car wash mechanism and they take no responsibility if someone crashes into you. The day I drove my new car in and twice i noticed they immediately directed the car behind me way too close...both times i drove into wash that day and they really weren't checking to make sure/assuring that people were putting it in neutral and that's what seem different. I was told that other incidents occurred that same day, which tells me that they're not properly training their team to direct members to safely drive within a safe distance into their operation. Infamous for ruining cars! There is a reason the place has tons of cameras to record incidents within the facilities but unless you have an attorney or insurance requesting the video footage, you will not be allowed to see the footage. I was immediately told that I could have my attorney request the footage if needed, which tells me that they're constantly responding to these incidents and it's probably a common ordeal . Dont risk it! Their employees are nice and sweet but the business will never take responsibility for their failed safety measures! read more

A fairly good automatic car wash. They brush the windshield which helps get it clean. The rinse needs to be much better so suds are not all over the back after driving out. The vacuum stations provide room to reach the entire car and work well. The attendant offers several versions of return visits which would make it more reasonable cost wise. But for an out of town customer it is somewhat expensive but it is convenient. read more

Don't buy a membership with Quick Quack! When I bought mine they promised that my monthly rate would not increase and that was a main reason to buy their membership. THEY LIED! In one fell swoop they increased my membership price nearly 15%. When I called corporate to complain they said too bad, it states they can increase their price in fine print of the contract (which of course you never see a contract when you sign up at the drive through of their car wash) Total BAIT AND SWITCH. Came by today just looking for a quick wash and go. I was a bit hesitant about this location because of the mixed reviews, but it was close by and I was in a rush, so I gave it a shot. Andrew made the whole process easy from the start. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought sounded dumb. I have attachments on my car and was a little bummed when I found out they aren't allowed, but I really appreciated that Andrew let me know before the wash. Better safe than sorry. I'm glad I stopped by. I rarely make reviews here but they genuinely do their best to help you, and value how much we're taken cared of during the wash. The service was great overall. Friendly, helpful staff, fast wash. You need to bring a drying towel or two to finish drying some spots that the automated dryer doesn't quite finish. But you're going to be vacuuming at the self-serve vacuuming station anyway, so it only takes a few extra minutes. Minor inconvenience. read more

Every time I go through, my side mirror gets hit and buckled in, which is frustrating and could easily cause damage. On top of that, the whole car wash smells terrible, like dirty water that hasn't been changed in ages. Even after the wash, my car comes out with water spots all over it, so it never actually looks clean. Between the risk to my car, the awful smell, and the poor quality of the wash itself, I can't recommend this place at all. read more

I went into this quick quack car wash at 11:30 on March 26 and the blonde kid that was working there was such a jerk. I don't know why anyone has to act like this. If you think you're too good for the job you have then get a different job. If you hate your job and don't like dealing with customers don't take it out on the customer. I highly recommend quick quack car wash. I have great pride in my car, as well as the paint and finish and I normally would never take my car through a non-touch free but I have the top tier membership- ceramic unlimited wash package and it is fantastic. by far, the best automatic car wash I've ever been to in my life and that says a lot. All the employees are very friendly, genuine, the place is clean. The lines are short, Josiah is very kind and always has a smile on his face. Nick. Is also very professional genuine, and kind. It's employees like Josiah and Nick that make coming to quick quack and already great experience that much better. Oh yeah, and the tire black actually works, it's magic the tire black always makes my tires look really good, it doesn't spray your car everywhere. The wash is fine but vacuuming your car is almost impossible during the day. People pull into the vacuum spaces and stay there for long periods of time talking on their phones and in one instance I actually saw a drug deal going down. The staff couldn't care less and I was told the vacuums are "free to anyone" whether they wash their cars or not. A tiny sign says there is a 10 min limit, but staff NEVER tries to enforce it. Very disappointing. You can do better! read more

It has been more than 18 months since I visited Quick Quack on Vista Chino in Palm Springs. I was very disappointed then, but decided to give it another try this past week. Things have only gotten worse. Rude and unhappy employees. Unkept facilities. Trash overflowing, and broken vacuum. I have been recurring member of Quick Quack for many years, but choose to drive to either Cathedral City or Rancho Mirage locations.
