The bad: this car wash didn't get the basics clean. Even the windshield was filthy after going through. Dust, dirt, bug splatter and everything else was still on the car. Decent wash, the location in Palm Springs is a bit wonky entering and it does get a little confusing trying to go into the wash, but it's a small nuisance that still doesn't deter me from visiting. The other day, we stopped by the Quick Quack in Palm Springs and were greeted by Andy, and I just wanted to say-what a nice young man he is! My son is disabled, yet he was patient and very gentle with us! He helps you get set up nicely, and he made the whole visit feel easy and pleasant. Don't buy a membership with Quick Quack! When I bought mine they promised that my monthly rate would not increase and that was a main reason to buy their membership. THEY LIED! In one fell swoop they increased my membership price nearly 15%. When I called corporate to complain they said too bad, it states they can increase their price in fine print of the contract (which of course you never see a contract when you sign up at the drive through of their car wash) Total BAIT AND SWITCH. A fairly good automatic car wash. They brush the windshield which helps get it clean. The rinse needs to be much better so suds are not all over the back after driving out. The vacuum stations provide room to reach the entire car and work well. The attendant offers several versions of return visits which would make it more reasonable cost wise. But for an out of town customer it is somewhat expensive but it is convenient. read more

Came by today just looking for a quick wash and go. I was a bit hesitant about this location because of the mixed reviews, but it was close by and I was in a rush, so I gave it a shot. Andrew made the whole process easy from the start. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought sounded dumb. I have attachments on my car and was a little bummed when I found out they aren't allowed, but I really appreciated that Andrew let me know before the wash. Better safe than sorry. I'm glad I stopped by. I rarely make reviews here but they genuinely do their best to help you, and value how much we're taken cared of during the wash. The service was great overall. Every time I go through, my side mirror gets hit and buckled in, which is frustrating and could easily cause damage. On top of that, the whole car wash smells terrible, like dirty water that hasn't been changed in ages. Even after the wash, my car comes out with water spots all over it, so it never actually looks clean. Between the risk to my car, the awful smell, and the poor quality of the wash itself, I can't recommend this place at all. read more

I went into this quick quack car wash at 11:30 on March 26 and the blonde kid that was working there was such a jerk. I don't know why anyone has to act like this. If you think you're too good for the job you have then get a different job. If you hate your job and don't like dealing with customers don't take it out on the customer. I highly recommend quick quack car wash. I have great pride in my car, as well as the paint and finish and I normally would never take my car through a non-touch free but I have the top tier membership- ceramic unlimited wash package and it is fantastic. by far, the best automatic car wash I've ever been to in my life and that says a lot. All the employees are very friendly, genuine, the place is clean. The lines are short, Josiah is very kind and always has a smile on his face. Nick. Is also very professional genuine, and kind. It's employees like Josiah and Nick that make coming to quick quack and already great experience that much better. Oh yeah, and the tire black actually works, it's magic the tire black always makes my tires look really good, it doesn't spray your car everywhere. The wash is fine but vacuuming your car is almost impossible during the day. People pull into the vacuum spaces and stay there for long periods of time talking on their phones and in one instance I actually saw a drug deal going down. The staff couldn't care less and I was told the vacuums are "free to anyone" whether they wash their cars or not. A tiny sign says there is a 10 min limit, but staff NEVER tries to enforce it. It has been more than 18 months since I visited Quick Quack on Vista Chino in Palm Springs. I was very disappointed then, but decided to give it another try this past week. Things have only gotten worse. Rude and unhappy employees. Unkept facilities. Trash overflowing, and broken vacuum. I have been recurring member of Quick Quack for many years, but choose to drive to either Cathedral City or Rancho Mirage locations. If your vehicle is any more than a little dusty - these places - there are many - are completely useless- The tunnel is half the length of some really great automatic carwashes I encountered in Texas, Arizona and Montana recently - and as such does a really lousy slapdash job. As well as- unlike what I became used to in my roadtrip - they also provide nothing but a small damp cloth and nothing to dry and polish with - which you need since the washer and dryer does such a crappy job. If you complain about the job it's done - unlike others where they gladly send you through again - the ninnies who work here have a " Tough beans" attitude - Avoid at all costs read more

4.12.2023 @ 0745am - I used my Quick Quack monthly membership on my big shiny Silverado. My family and I have been members of Quick Quack for over a year now. However, this day, the machine malfunctioned and just as the carwash was finishing at the end, the tracks forced my truck to the right inside the wash! It literally pushed my truck (with me in it of course) almost into the wall until I stopped it with my brakes in order to save my life and mitigate damages. I was terrified and obviously distraught because nothing like this has ever happened to me, as I've been driving and trusting automatic carwashes for decades! Additionally, this was probably my 100th time driving my Silverado through Quick Quack. These are the exact same people I see and give business to every week when I get my truck washed. My truck is ruined so bad that there's popping sounds when I try to open the dented passenger door. My black truck has deep, hideous white gashes in the passenger door and sideview mirror. I had to wait for the manager (who wasn't in the office yet). He talked to me kindly and with a straight face told me this was my fault because their camera shows me putting my foot on the brake. Wow! He expects me to believe their camera shows me wrecking my own vehicle. I called the police because I definitely don't want my insurance to cover Quick Quack's negligence. I mean that's why THEY are insured. Long story not much longer, I'm working with my insurance company now to pay for the expensive repair of my passenger door and mirror. People, please avoid Quick Quack at all costs. This should have never happened. Furthermore, they should have paid for the damage their equipment caused. Nevertheless, they will pay much more because not only have I cancelled my membership (obviously), but my family and friends have cancelled theirs, too. Extremely shady "business" at Quick Quack. You should not give them business at the risk of this happening to you as well. read more
