The roller had jammed and I had to force my car out after I noticed the next car hitting mine very little damage but still damage to the car that wasn't there before and being Pregnant ... luckily I switched to drive and got my car before more damage all I wanted was the company to ensure they fix the issue and all I get is a representative calling saying they aren't at fault but it's their machine that jammed and it's not the first time other times the whole thing shuts off but this time was different and they lack taking responsibility so won't be coming back here and hope they take preventative measure seems like it's bound to happen again. Response* I've been through these enough to know not to do anything and when my car wasn't moving and I was forced to apply action I did it wasn't until the roller was going but my car wasn't that I touched my wheel and tried to put my car in drive etc oh but your company refuses to let the footage be seen so if what you say were true why wouldn't you release the footage to the person it involves!! read more

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD! THEY ARE RUNNING A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM! If you need to update your payment information go to another store. I have attempted to update my payment method at this location twice and each time they charge me for a single wash Rather than update my membership, which is clearly a bait and switch and isn't cool. I really hope the district manager will look into this, but I do not trust the people at this location to do their jobs correctly when it comes to managing point of sale transactions to save their lives. This is obviously a reflection on the manager of this location and their Negligence. I've been a quick quack member for years and every time I was told that I was paying to reactivate my membership AT YOUR LOCATION you guys charged me for single washes. I signed up for a monthly membership at this car wash after speaking with one of their representatives at the entrance. The only thing explained to me was the price and how the membership works. At no point was I told that their machines could cause damage to my car or that if my car was more than five years old they would refuse responsibility for any damage. On my very first wash, the car wash machinery ripped the weatherstrip off my car. I reported it immediately to their staff. They took down my information and told me they would review the video and get back to me. Days passed with no response. When I went back in person, a manager finally came out and the first thing he asked was how old my car was. When I said it was more than five years old, he told me they were not responsible for the damage. This was the first time anyone mentioned such a policy. I was never told about it by the representative who sold me the membership. The supposed signs they referred to are not visible from inside the car and were never explained to me during signup. Only after my car was damaged did they bring this up. That is misleading and unfair. I explained to the manager that all I was asking was for them to take responsibility for their equipment damaging my car and to fix the weatherstrip. I was not asking for money or anything more than correcting the problem they caused. I even asked if I would have to sue them just to get this resolved. The manager's response was, yes you can sue us, we have a lot of lawyers on retainer from corporate. After saying that, he gave me the customer service number and told me that was how I could get in touch with their legal department. I called that customer service number and things only got worse. The representative told me my hands are tied and refused to give me any names, phone numbers, or departments for their corporate office or legal department. She said she did not have permission to provide me with any point of contact. She also admitted that customer service has nothing to do with handling these situations and that I had to go back to the store to resolve it, even though the store was the one that told me to call them in the first place. The only thing she offered was to put my name down for a supervisor to call me within 48 hours. She also repeated that my only options were to go back to the same store that refused to help me or to file a claim with my insurance, which makes no sense because my insurance did not damage my car. This car wash did. This company is refusing to acknowledge responsibility for damage caused by their own equipment and is hiding behind policies that were never communicated. Their local staff pushed me off to corporate, corporate pushed me back to local, and in the end they have provided no way to escalate the issue or even speak to someone who can make decisions. All I have asked is for them to fix the part their machines ripped off. Instead, I have gotten excuses, denial, and runarounds. I want the company to acknowledge that their equipment caused this problem and to take responsibility for fixing the damage. Anything less is unacceptable. On top of that, your representatives should be asking upfront if a customer's car is older than five years and explain what the risks are before signing them up. Instead, I was only asked after the damage happened. That's not fair. Your policies were never explained and the signs you point to are not even visible in the drive-through. If I had been told clearly that this type of damage could happen, I would not have signed up for the service in the first place. read more

Why is it so hard for you guys to give me a refund for something I can't use to begin with it should be very simple. Like is there really a need to make an investigation. I don't have any missed calls from quick quack car wash could I get the number please so I can call. I asked for it the day I went and I provided my email but still no response. I do t want to keep getting charged for service I'm not welcome to. The number that was provided is unavailable is there a number that not always unavailable. So after trying a couple times they didn't want to give me refund for the months I didn't use quick quack. No one ever told me I had to call to cancel my membership. Another thing I never had a bumper when I first signed up for the membership. This place is a good steal for your money. read more

My Jeep Cherokee was damaged today by the antenna breaking off. It was a small antenna and not a single employee told me I should take it off which i didnt know it came off. The lack of communication and informing the customer of vital information is why I'm writing this review. They can literally get away with damaging your vehicle and say but theres a sign posted saying if your vehicle not new within 5 years to screw off. Guess i should start washing my Jeep especially since they scuff the paint too. read more
