I have been a Quick Quack customer since 2019 and have always been happy with the quality of the wash as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the employees. There has been one employee with a first name of "Aiyanna" whom I have known since 2019. She has worked at several different locations and seems to have been picked to train new employees at this Rocklin location. Aiyanna has always been very professional and courteous. I have been paying for the $29 Best package for a year, then Quick Quack opened in Rocklin, the first three washes did not clean my vehicle, bugs still on the windshield and dirt, I had to wash on my own. they were giving free car wash but we were already a member, I wanted to add my truck to the package, paid the $9.99 promotion. The next visit there was no record of my truck, but I showed my bank statement that $9.99 and $29.00 was taken out of my account. I was told they didn't see my account but was able to show my history. An email was supposed of been sent but wasn't. Went back and we were told my account was deleted and it was directed to me as I did something. It was apparently the new staff may have deleted my account, I said to the manager this was 3 times I have went through this, and most people would find another car wash, she told me to go ahead, I then said I don't think the owner would like your passing customers over to another business and not making it right. The manager kept stating and showing the tablet I was not in the system, and then she sees my history. I then get an email saying a payment didn't go through which my bank statement shows it was charged and deducted. So they took the money and closed my account and have no solution. Very disappointed by the attitude, not making it right, and not caring 1 year member goes somewhere else and tell me the business backs the manager up not the customer. I am out $40 and to be a member I have to pay $58 more for two vehicles. Don't seem right to me. I live 2 blocks away and the community supports each other and this could cost more then just 1 customer. I was also told that no one at the store has the power to delete an account but someone did something to cause this and it happened when my truck was added. The comment from the business just supports what I am saying the customer is wrong and it was not the business. This is ridiculous, you had no choice to let me go through the car wash otherwise it would have caused chaos in the line. I had over $800 in my account, I sent all the information to the dontdrivedirty.com my bank even told me the business should have not canceled anything because we had plenty of money in the account to cover the charges. The Bank says. Let's say some reason the Honda payment had issues, this don't explain the truck as it was deducted out of my account and your business took my $9.99 and cancelled it. Like I said for 12 months I have had no issues until you added the other vehicle and your being ignorant in a brand new site opening and new employees and some how my account gets deleted. The evidence on my end is I did all I was supposed to, I paid and the bank statement shows it was deducted with money extra in my account, which I showed the manager both Charges, the 27th didn't happen yet and that is the normal charge. your end, I paid and you I remember the 2nd person said he had to cancel my account and reads it, but your saying you can't do that but that is what happened, maybe he sent the email and was supposed to recreate the account as he told us this, he took my card again and asked for both license plates to add them again. Now it cancelled the unlimited car wash for a month and am I supposed to pay again and go through this yet I was still charged the payment and have no accountability. I have never had this kind of treatment it is very immature and not business. I have sent 3 emails with everything you asked me and I still see money taken from my account and I can't get car washes because it was cancelled mysteriously not by on-site people but your assuming. read more

Horrible customer service. My antenna was ripped off of my car in the wash. I want to preface this by saying the staff onsite was extremely nice and filled out a customer incident report with me, and then told me a manager would reach out to me within 3 business days. A week went by without any response. I then submitted a complaint online with QQ and was sent an automated email saying someone would get back to me within 3-5 business days and again, no response. It's now been over a month and I submitted another online claim a few days ago. Crickets. Seems the lack of customer service in this company runs deep. read more

I went to the location at Sierra College and 80 today. Their equipment tore my license plate halfway off! When I showed the employee in their little office she said, "That happened to my car too!" Like she thought this made us buddies, instead of realizing that something like this is NOT okay! I was giving Quick Quack a second chance after another location caused damage to my car last year. They won't even make a report if your car is over 5 years old. That is their policy, posted in plain sight as you drive in... But if a company is damaging cars, and knows about it, are they really off the hook just because they post a sign? read more

I've been so a bunch of quick quack and this one is by far the slowest and has the most rudest people working. I came three times thinking each one would be a better experience however each time was worse then before. Safe to say I won't be returning to this location. Also Ellen needs to take a customer class on how to talk to people. read more
