I went through Quick Quack on 2/6 and their wash broke a trim piece on the front grill of my 2007 Sierra. I reported it right away and then got several days of no communication at all. I had to keep waiting and wondering what was going on. When they finally responded on 2/12, I was told that because my truck is more than 5 years old, they will not cover damage caused by their wash. Apparently that is their policy. So they can damage your vehicle and just point to a rule about age and walk away from it. No accountability. No integrity. If this is how they handle issues, I will be canceling my membership. Very disappointing. Edit to respond to your reaponse: You state the trim detached in the blower area and that there was no malfunction. It is very possible the piece was knocked loose earlier in the wash and finally came off in the air. Either way, it failed while inside your equipment. "No malfunction" is not the same as "no responsibility." Equipment does not have to break to cause damage. It only has to apply enough force to remove a properly installed factory trim piece. I am more than happy to show the rest of the grill trim, which is completely intact and still firmly secured. This was not a vehicle falling apart. It was a single piece that detached during your wash. The five year policy is the bigger concern. Most vehicles on the road are older than five years. If your position is that you are not responsible for damage to the majority of vehicles you service, that is something customers deserve to clearly understand before signing up for memberships. Worker here are lazy. They only spray the front of my car with soap. I usually don't take my car to quick quack because I honestly think they are over priced for the quality of wash they provide. This experience just gave me another reason why I don't like quick quack and will definitely not return. read more

Been waiting for this location to open. The driving in is so spacious with 3 lanes! And what makes it better, its literally less than a minute from my house. Now i don't have to drive out of my way just for a car wash. Love how you have to drive thru the gates to even vacuum. Also, there's a gate when you exit. read more

I came to this location to see how the service was, the staff was somewhat friendly really pushy to sell you a membership. But the reason for this review is that the machine that washes your car broke my after market antenna for my gps off. When brought to the assistant manager's attention they were trying to blow me off like it was my fault the the machine broke my antenna off. I had to ask several time to make an incident report that's the least they can do. After making the report it took them 2 weeks to get back to me just to let me know the it was pretty much my fault and not the machine that broke my antenna. I wouldn't recommend this location because they don't take accountability if something happens to your car or truck read more

I've been coming to Quick Quack for years and been too many different locations in California. I really like what they did with this one. They have a lot of lanes to check in and it doesn't curve around too much making the lines look weird. I thought Quick Quack had did away with the air compressor since I've seen them take it away at other locations I go to, but they have it here so that is a major plus for me. The favorite thing I like is that you can only access the area to dry your car and vacuum if you're coming in from the wash. There are so many other Quick Quack I go to where the spots are filled with people who aren't members and they just go to clean the inside of their cars. Pretty much paid to come into their machine and rear end the car in front of me. I couldn't see a thing while my truck was being washed and all of a sudden I felt a hard thud. Apparently, there is zero protocol for when a car goes out of the rails. You all just hit each other in there. Quick quack did nothing. Canceled my premium membership later that same day. I went to the car wash in a Tesla rental, this is not my first time being here in a rental from Tesla. The first time I came, I was just asked for my license plate from my car that I pay for a monthly that is in the shop and I was let go to get my car washed. Today I encountered JESSICA. I came to her and Let her know that my car was a rental because my car was in the shop and she says I need a rental agreement. I advise her that I did not have a rental agreement physically because everything done at Tesla is digital. All I had was the result of a DocuSign that's a review and submit that did not allow me to pull up because it had already been reviewed and signed. I proceeded to ask her if she could just pull up my account and add the car to the account and she said I didn't have any more changes so I sat there for about 20 minutes. She finally let me through because I guess she was sick of me sitting there because I was gonna sit there until I got my car washed. read more

If I could give this car wash establishment 0 stars I would. I came with my 4Runner to get a car wash during the promotional deal $9plus for 1 month unlimited and opted for the Ceramic membership. I've been multiple times through the car wash. After just being charged the $37.99 for the membership I came in to get a car wash and was told they can't take my truck because of the rack on top. Which is fine if they would've told me that the first time I came. Why did you sign me up for a membership over a month ago and why was I allowed to get multiple car washes since with no problem. To top it off the worker proceeded to insinuate that I didn't have my rack on when I came in for my washes. I absolutely had the rack on upon signing up and every wash that I came in for. I've never removed my rack. Quick quack is scamming people by signing up for the promotional deals and subscribing to their membership for commission knowing they can't take your vehicle. Gillys car wash is hands down better then quick quack and they take my truck with a rack. Quick quack train your staff better. Train them not question customers when you clearly are at fault.
