Whoever the girl is at the front of the wash with the sprayer was extremely rude and irresponsible if I didn't know what to do I would've had serious damage to my car and the car in front. It started when she wouldn't come up to my window and I was just trying to tell her I didn't want that crazy bug spray chemicals or whatever that is sprayed on my car. She kept looking at me like I was crazy and pointed at her ears because she was wearing these sound blocking things and making rude faces at me while saying I can't here you. So I had to play charades with her to signal that the hose she's holding I didn't want it. Then she's waxing the tires to move but also like hurry up go faster pull up faster gesture which then she doesn't signal to put the car in neutral. I would've rear ended the car in front of me if I it was my first time going to these places. Why is it always such a crazy risk to go to this brand of car washes? This has been my main car wash I can't believe I haven't reviewed it in years. This place recently hired security. Must solve the loud music, cutting in line, too long at vacuuming issues. I like the unlimited wash thing, been a fan of that since I lived in Sacramento. I did not want to write any negative reviews but this company does not care about their customers. I loved their service and it gave me great piece of mind when I used their service if something factory installed on my car gets damaged they will take care of it. However this was my experience; when you call their phone number there no answer even after hours of hold and then the hotline tells to contact them on the website. When you email them they give me a useless answer and then when I complained they to tell me call their nonexistent customer service. My Tesla factory spoiler was damaged when I reported at the location in January and it is yet to be resolved. Just FYI for rest of the customers. read more

Quick Quack off hesperian in Hayward was mostly responsible for breaking off my car's antenna. Upon pulling up I told them if I should worry about my car antenna being up and unable to go down on its own. They instead told me I was all good to go anyway and wrote "RR" on my windshield which was instructions to the next staffer to do something about my antenna. They didn't tell me what it would do. I go through the car wash and of course, my antenna snapped and bent backwards. Upon coming back complaining what had just happened, they admitted it was their fault, asked if I could just bent it back, and before I could give a response, they did it themselves. It stayed up for about 2 minutes before it completely broke off in the pictures. Because this an OEM classic Mercedes, this is a costly charge that will cost hundreds. I need ownership to get back to me to fix this. read more

It's not bad. The brushes don't wash all parts of my car. But I did like that I was able to go twice because it didn't get all the dirt.

The line moved surprisingly fast for a Sunday, which was great. However, the car came out wetter than expected, the air drying system definitely needs some adjustment. On top of that, the vacuum line was extremely long so we skipped it entirely, and there were no towels available to dry the car ourselves. Given how poorly it was dried in the wash, that was a real disappointment. read more

Been coming here for years since they opened. I always drive in with a ski rack, they just don't run the top roller. Today the manager I guess decided they weren't allowed anymore. I've been a customer for about 5 years now. There are a few things I'd like to see change. 1. The tire dressing applicator that applied the tire shine needs to be fixed. Usually only one side is applied and that's usually the passenger side and it always leave black streaks along the bottom portion of the wheel well. Near where you would see mud when you drive through mud. 2. The drying time needs to extended. It should be extended to the point where at least the widows would be dry. 3. When we park in the stall to dry our car, someone should be out there to tell non disabled customers to get out of that stall that's meant for the disabled. This one is the most annoying of all. 4. The towels we use to dry the car is damp and sometimes have some sort of greasy residue that leaves streaks on the windows. 5. More air power for the air nozzles. Sometimes the lung power of an asthmatic person go blow harder. read more

I brought my 2018 Tesla Model 3 to Quick Quack Car Wash on 08/12/2025 and left with visible damage that was not there before entering. I immediately reported it, but after their "investigation," they denied responsibility despite the incident happening inside their facility. I requested they review the video footage from the wash tunnel for my visit, but they refused to provide it. The lack of accountability and transparency is extremely disappointing. I strongly disagree with your conclusion. Prior to visiting your location, my rear glass had no visible cracks or chips, and there is no evidence of "pre-existing damage" as claimed. The crack appeared immediately after going through your wash, which clearly indicates it was caused during the process. If your equipment truly did not contact the glass, I would like to personally review the tunnel footage for my visit. Simply stating you have reviewed it without allowing the customer to see is neither transparent nor fair. Please provide the footage to me directly or post here. I expect your prompt cooperation in resolving this matter responsibly. read more

I love going here very convenient what I don't like is the unhoused and the abundance of trash and debris. Please remove the homeless encampment at the quick quack in San Lorenzo. It's a huge community appearance violation from Code enforcement and it decreases the value of the property that this unhoused individual is there with the abundance of trash and debris. Please be cautious if you have multiple vehicles--my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I've been a customer since December 2024 and have two cars. One of my vehicles initially had a temporary license plate, and when I switched to permanent plates, I continued using the same car wash service. However, since January, I've been charged for three cars instead of two. When I noticed the overcharge, I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, the supervisor (Delilah G) was incredibly rude, refused to correct the billing error, denied my request to speak with her manager (Emily), and even hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I simply wanted to be billed for the two cars I actually use, not three. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. read more

This place literally scammed me back in February but I was too upset with them to leave a review then. I went to Quick Quack and paid for a regular one time car wash, $14.99. Two days later, I check my banking app and there is one charge from Quick Quack for $14.99 and another one for $45.99. I call Quick Quack, confused, because I never signed up for a monthly subscription and ai did not purchase anything else either. The representative asks me for my email address and name etc. and can't find any transactions under my name besides the $14.99 wash. She asks for the invoice number but I don't have an invoice number because you don't get receipts for purchases you didn't make and my banking app was also not showing an invoice number. The lady then tells me I have to go through my bank to dispute the transaction. I do that and two months later I get an email from my bank that Quick Quack finally sent proof of the transaction. I open the document and the invoice they sent was for a completely different person and the card number on the document was not even the same as my card number! Even the city listed was very far away from the city that I got the car wash in. Did Quick Quack even review the information my bank sent them??? Absolutely insane. Anyways, I had to tell my bank that none of the information on the invoice pertained to me and eventually they gave me my money back. I will never go back to Quick Quack. Can't trust a company that bills me for things I didn't authorize and then can't provide proof of the transaction! I have never been scammed like this before. read more

My go-to for a quick (quack) car wash. Quick Quack Car Wash is your standard drive through car wash. They offer three different car wash levels and memberships for each one. I usually go for their lowest tier (~$15) "good" wash. It lives up to the name - good not great. But it gets the job done and can hold me over until I decide I want to do a deeper clean. (Also, truthfully the math isn't mathing for me in terms of how they make each wash different when we're all driving through at the same time. If someone understands, I'd love to learn.) Going through the wash itself is very quick. But do beware that on the weekends, this car wash can get really busy and you may be waiting in line for awhile. They also have vacuums onsite and I know that gets really popular on the weekend too. Overall, not a bad value for what it is. It used to be $10 for the good wash but understandably they have since increased the price. If you drive a lot, it might be worth getting a membership. read more

Quick Quack is where it's at!! I wish they had more locations in the Bay Area honestly because they are all over SoCal seems like in every corner. I drive all the way out here to come to this location because it's the closest one to Oakland. They have a top quality wash and the vacuums are easy to get in and use. The staff is always super friendly and the service is quick! Just like in the name so no surprises there! The value to me is worth it only because I feel like sometimes I go to the hand washes out here and pay all this money for my car to not even be cleaned to my liking. What a waste of time and money. I have been going to the Quick Quack in San Lorenzo for over two years. Our family has five cars registered for car washes. The line to get washed moves pretty quick. The biggest complaint is the line to use the vacuum. I have in two years only been able to use the vacuum twice, because I couldn't wait in line. People who are not members and didn't go thru the car wash just pull into the driveway and go straight to use the. vacuum. read more

I tried this place a year ago when I bought my brand new car after hearing good things about it. When I got home, I noticed my front license plate was missing. I went back there and it had fallen off during the wash. I went to the dealership and they put it back on for me and made sure it was secure Fast forward to one year later. I gave it another chance and went by yesterday hoping nothing would happen this time. After the wash I got home my front license plate was bent and half of it had fallen off. My front license plate is only able to insert 2 screws, not 4. It is secure and the dealership and I have always made sure. I usually take my car to Dublin to get washed inside and out, never any issues before. I have taken my car to drive through car washes, never happened before. This has happened twice here within a year apart from each other The people who work there are nice. So I will give 2 star for that. However I will not take another chance read more

One of the newest and most beautifully designed in the bay - with 3 driveways. I enjoy my ceramic duck subscription - keeps the paint on my old car looking almost like new. Very fast location - the three driveways are very helpful as that seems to be the bottleneck at most locations - the check in process. Even more helpful is recently members have automated reading by license plate and a special lane to prevent waiting. I really like that. The ceramic duck is the best wash they offer. Includes lots of extras including tire shine and under body cleaning and there are these light projections that go across your front windshield and sunroof that let you know your getting the best. With all the lights and colors it almost feels like your at a rave or disco bar. Its great. Save water at home and save the planet - they recycle the water and its probably one of the best ways to clean your car while also thinking of the environment. Soap run off into drain to bay isn't great. The fishes don't like that. Spraying cars and new paint is also not good for the environment. Keeping your old paint in good condition is a great way to prevent pollution from new paint jobs. This establishment has some really rude associates. On several occasions they are visually upset because cars don't move into the wash rack quick enough, but they fail to realize that we don't want to be on the other car's bumper because some people don't shift into drive quick enough. They do no type of traffic control or minimize risks when it's packed and cars are turning every direction (some to exit, some to get into the wash, some in line to use the vacuum stations). The wash itself isn't the worst and they provide rags to help dry your car manually afterwards. The value is high for a single wash, but is fair if you buy a monthly package; however, some of their associates really make some of us reconsider. read more

This is my spot for a car wash! The lines can be long sometimes but since it's self serve, they go pretty quickly. If your car isn't clean the first time, you can keep going back in. I have the monthly membership but usually cancel it during winter months. IMO it's worth it if you take your car every couple of days. I was taking mine every other day and vacuuming it atleast once a week just because i could. They provide you towels to wipe your card down and give you dash wipes if you ask. I usually just wipe my dash down with the towels i use to dry my car off. Super user friendly and for the most part the service writers are nice. read more

Convenience: I never really arrive to a line but I'm always there when they open too so ‍ also they are everyyyyywhere in California so you can drive from Nor Cal to So Cal and stay fresh the whole way. I go thru the car wash weekly, and I think it's a great deal. For a long time I got the Luck Duck wash, which has wax to protect the paint. I recently upgraded to the Ceramic Duck wash, and my car really shines, now!! I took off one star because when they service the machine it needs adjustment to not mess with the side view mirrors. Drivers side used to get pushed in, then all the way out and I have to get out of the car to set it right. Yesterday the passenger side view mirror was pushed so far forward I couldn't see it! The car is automatically pulled thru with the tires in grooves, so we aren't driving too close to one side. Part of the machine is "off." I wish they would test it themselves. read more
