Today, my husband had a distressing experience with an employee who identified herself as Daisy and claimed to be in charge of the facility. My husband intended to use the restroom inside, as he has done on several occasions without encountering any issues with staff. He acknowledges the signage indicating that customers are not permitted inside, and while this has only occurred a few times in the past, with the knowledge of the staff, this incident was particularly concerning. The issue lies in the manner in which Daisy handled the situation. She addressed my husband in a condescending tone and yelled at him across the facility in front of other customers, ultimately canceling our account. While I am committed to adhering to rules, the tone and manner in which she spoke to him were both rude and unnecessarily authoritative. The customer service is almost always good, so no issue there. The problems are the cost and the quality of the wash. Their basic wash is $12.99, which is overpriced for what you get. As a comparison, HEB's premium wash is $12.99 and does a better job cleaning the car and drying it. Quick Quacks premium wash is $27.99! I can go down the street and get a full service wash for $28-$32, which means someone is cleaning it inside and out for me. The other issue is the wash itself. Whether its the basic or their premium wash, the rims never get cleaned that well and the vehicle is always wet. So you have to spend 10 minutes cleaning your car and drying it off once you are out of the tunnel. read more

They admitted to having perfect video footage of my truck entering with no damage and then having damage done to it, yet still denied my claim. I was told, "The damage is inconsistent with the damage our car wash usually does to vehicles. If the damage was done by our car wash it would have ripped your mirror completely off." It's not worth the risk. Avoid this car wash company. Edit: to be clear-there was constant surveillance of my truck on the property. Wow lots has changed here for the better! I gave it another try today and all the employees were so helpful, they gave me a discount because it might rain I did not even ask for. The vacuums have been upgraded to include a wand (awesome) and the actual pull through wash did a great job of getting my Kia Soul clean without bumps or scratches. A vinyl wipe is included with the purchase and there is a stand where you can shop for air fresheners, glass wipes, etc all without getting out of your car. I love this location because of their lot size and customer service. I had a "Best" membership and coming here for carwashes was always super easy and hassle free. They just enter in your license plate into their iPad and give you a thumbs up to proceed. I recently had to cancel my membership (due to an after market accessory on my vehicle that will not able to be put through a car wash) and was a little nervous about doing so. I was not sure how difficult it was going to be, or if I would have to call and speak to someone/hear a sales pitch trying to entice me to stay. None of that! I went on their website, submitted my request and heard from someone in their customer service dept. a few hours later. Easy peasy. Don't come here and definitely don't buy a membership. They've raised the prices significantly but the wash is actually less that it used to be. The vacuums and interior hand wash tools don't work. Plus you come out of the wash even w the Ceramic option with soap all over your car. Pay 25$ if you want to come wash it yourself. The attendants will not make concessions for their facility not working. Was told something about their pipes are clogged or their motor is broken so cannot expect the vacuums to work.
