When she arrived they came right out and did not leave her "hanging" like all the others in town would. The bulb in the headlight is a pain in the colon, (we have been through this before) and we was told the cost would be around $145 because it would take around an hour and half to change out due to her custom headlights being a pain. My wife had them proceed with the work and left the truck there while she ran errands with my daughter. About 30 minutes later she gets a call saying the work is completed. This is where the story changes!: They then tell her, the bulb was way easier to change than they thought so the bill would only be $45.00. She was literally going to be gone for hours and they could have bilked her another $100. But instead they did the right thing! This literally gave ME a personal INTEGRITY CHECK and is an inspiration on how small businesses can conquer with service. My wife and I currently run a large Fleet of trucks and vans and plan to give ALL of our service work to these folks. 6 YEARS PEOPLE- I have been flimflammed by lots of others in town. Some no serious issues, but the little things, (like forgetting to put a new change oil sticker in the window, grease on the door handles, not understanding what costs are and those other little pet peeves. ) , and others more serious ( wrong diagnosis, cant figure it out, having to bring a truck back 4 times before getting it right). I was stuck! I checked a few reviews of nearby repair shops and landed on Morrison's. I had the truck towed to them around noon. During 5:30 PM traffic, they offers to pick me up from my hotel and reunite me with my repaired vehicle. They stepped up BIG TIME! I was back on the road for $200 less than originally quoted. However, after recently moving to Summerville and recently keeping cars past their warranty, we were on the lookout for a local mechanic. We saw many positive reviews on Morrison and also on the phone they were extremely polite. Recently took the Volvo in for a brake line flush for preventative maintenance plus it was braking kinda funny, they took care of us and had us in and out around lunchtime. Clean shop, friendly folks, and prices were very reasonable. Taking the kid's BRZ in this week for some preventative maintenance and confident they'll take just as good care of us then as they did in the past. Overall, Kenny and Laura are great folks with a great attitude.

I visited Honest-1 to have two nails pulled from my tire and have the tire patched. Somehow, the…read morenails did not puncture the tire so patching wasn't necessary and this is why the tire pressure light never came on. In spite of this, the manager told the guy at the front desk to charge me for patching the tire. I paid more than I ever paid not to patch my tire than I ever paid before. That doesn't seem very honest to me, so I will not be returning.

Yesterday I was driving home from work when one of my brand new $173 tire blew. I took it back to the shop being as it hadn't even been 30 days. I got told that bad things happen and that there was no warranty for the tires I got. If I wanted a new one I would have to buy yet another tire. Years of business down the drain but with the new management the whole company has gone under. Wouldn't even recommend this 'repair' shop to my worst enemy
