I don't know that they really save me any money, but they always have my brand by the carton. An added bonus is that every time I go I get a free lighter with my purchase. It's a cheap one, but I have a garage band...lighters tend to disappear, and I've learned to just leave cheap ones laying around the garage. Occasionally the line is a little long. Lottery tickets are also sold there. I dread when the parking lot has more than a couple of cars, for sure. I'm not a lottery player. But, the ladies that work there have been there for years and they are always a smiling face and friendly. Tammy, Wendy, or Candy, know how to keep the line moving. Great store!

When I called to ask for a exhange for the correct size, the owner refused, even though the article purchased was not used and in pristine condition. When I explained that her stance would not be conducive for future business, she accused me of threatening her. I will NEVER go to Black Rose, even if it were the only head shop left on Planet Earth...and ALL of my friends now heard this message.
