Ed not only fixed my issue (retrieving lost files from a broken phone), but he even suggested a more economical alternative for me, which I thought was really nice of him. He stayed in contact with me regularly with updates, and the job was done promptly. The Apple "genius"said my phone was unfixable. It fell in a pool and was in rice and all that and "too bad" its fried and damaged too much, cheaper to buy new one... My daughters phone wouldnt hold a charge and had a cracked screen - otherwise, fine. Apple said theyd fix it - but when we went to pick up - they said it was water damaged - and cant fix.... On the way home we stopped here. We had a repaired screen before and it was a good experience. Fast forward - in 40 min I walked out wth both phones repaired and working perfectly - all for 1/2 what Apple Store wanted/estimated. Can not be more grateful and happy with this place. A+ read more

The new screen he put on (less than 15 min) didn't work with my phone, but he was able to get the part the next day. Even though on Yelp it said that place is currently open, the doors were locked and employees were not there.
