I could not recommend Jesus and Jorge more. They're a family business who have decades of electrician experience who directly replied to me professionally and prompt via Yelp. They set up a time that worked best for mine and their schedules. I was roughly 75% the way through installing a new bathroom, light and speaker all in one but couldn't connect the old wires in my century year old home so I gave them a call and were able to give me a fair quote right over the phone. Our washing machine had stopped working and it appeared it was the outlet. We had Powell Electric come out for a free estimate and their prices were absolutely unaffordable and ridiculous. We were totally stressed out about it, but knew we had to get it done. Our house hasnt had any electrical remediation performed in 50 years and we were in need of alot of work here. Even the guy from Powell Electric had indicated if we didnt go with them, we needed to replace the main breaker asap, as it was a fire hazard. Searched Yelp for Electritions with the highest ratings and reviews, and found QuickFix Electric. Jesus came out, an extremely nice and congenial gentleman. Changed out the outlet and our laundry room was working again! We even had him change out a few more outlets while he was here, as his prices were a fraction of what Powell Electric quoted us! Jesus came back out to help us with our kitchen that needed rewiring (remodel) and stayed late into the night to finish the job. When Jesus was out of town (this was the Holidays) we lost power to a part of the house, he not only answered his phone, he sent some of his guys out the next morning and they were able to replace some old outlets and get our power on again. When he got back into town, we had him replace the circuit breaker. He and his brother took care of it in one day. Our office location in Long Beach recently had all the lights in the break room die. The day before Jesus came out for a quote, we had gotten another quote from an obnoxious and extremely annoying electrician. That guy had walked around the property freaking out at its old, dilapidated condition (yeah no shit, that's why we were calling out the professionals), and was incredibly condescending to us. So maybe that's why when we met Jesus the next day, it was like a breath of fresh air. The electricity was gone out in my garage...When I flipped the breaker an outlet started smoking. I reached out to QuickFix Electric after business hours hoping that I could get someone out the very next day. However, to my surprise Jesus came over to the house within 15 minutes of my calling. He thoroughly, accessed the cause of the smoke and made sure that everything was completely safe. He came back the very next morning, he ran a new line and he put in a new light switch and plug. I never write reviews but the service Jesus provided was amazing I just had to! My power went out last week and I live in a mobile home. I called this company around noon based on the reviews. Move existing 240v outlet approximately 30 feet from inside the house to outside. I started out with 6 quotes for this job. It was started and completed on Monday March 16, 2020. There was an $800 difference between the cheapest and most expensive quotes. QuickFix was not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive. Let me explain why I chose them. When Jesus came to quote the job he was on time and a generally nice person. What set him apart from other quotes was not only his knowledge and skill but how he applied them to give me the best outcome for my project. I was impressed by his work ethic, his craftsmanship and his pricing. As I said he was not the cheapest but he did inspire the most confidence. Out the 6 quotes I got his was only one of two knowledgeable enough to answer my detailed questions and even improve upon my own knowledge of the requirements for this job.
