Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. On his day off; the tow truck driver (Nasko) still showed up in about 15 minutes to tow my car for me. He took every single precaution to not damage my car while putting it on the truck and unloading it at its destination.
