They are not even worth the one star that I am giving... Today My 2013 Hyundai Elantra, was refused service today because the manager said they "no longer service Hyundai" and gave the reason that Hyundai burn oil too fast and because of poor engine quality, they always have oil leaks. My wife has been going to this location for years, and she use to bring her Sonata here. Never ever had any issues, but I can tell you this, after today, we will never ever go to this spot again! They will never get a penny from us ever again and we'll be sure to let many others know of this ridiculous, borderline discriminative refusal of service. read more

Damn. These guys really screwed me over. I used to come here years ago and they did a good job, which is why I've kept them as my back-up when my regular place is too busy. But not anymore. No way I'd ever let them touch my car again. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I got my oil changed here a few weeks ago and also replaced the air filter. It was hella expensive, but you get a car wash with it so I always thought it was an ok deal (spoiler alert: it's NOT). They were done in 8 minutes (!!) and then promptly went back to eating their snacks in the office and watching tv. Fast forward two weeks and my car is leaking oil and beginning to shake when idle. I took it to my regular mechanic and he immediately noticed that they didn't put the air filter on right - like how are you a mechanic and not know how to pop an air filter in place??? My mechanic showed me how to do it and it was literally so easy. But apparently too hard for the guys at Quickie's. Know what else is too hard for them? Putting on the freaking gasket when they replaced my oil. They didn't put it back on and that's why my car was leaking all over my garage. Two incredibly simple things that they couldn't do. They'd rather eat their snacks and watch Young Sheldon in the waiting room instead of doing a proper oil change. I'm past the age where I like quickies. These days, I like it slow and done right. And this is not the place to get that. For the sake of your engine, do not bring your car here under any circumstances. Literally anywhere else is better. Jiffy Lube does a better job than this place (sad but true). Also, the car wash thing is such a scam. You'll wait an hour for the wash and it's not even a good one. This whole place has turned into a joke. Tip: If you're looking for an honest mechanic who knows what he's doing, hit up Pierre at Pierre's Auto Clinic in Upland (909-920-9499). I have always come here for my oil changes and they are always super fast and it comes with a free cash wash. The only down side is that it is external car wash only and you have to upgrade $14 for a vacuum. Their prices are also very low especially for synthetic. read more

I took a chance trying to get an oil change in before work and there was no wait! They were done under 30 minutes and no issues. I had a coupon and they didn't try to tell me I needed other work done. I just wish they would put a reminder sticker on my windshield so I know when I need another oil change. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A OIL CHANGE I took my 2010 Nissan Altima there about 2 MONTHS ago and got the half/half oil. My maintenance oil light came on already with only driving 1600 miles, I decided to change my oil at home and when I drained it, it was old and MIXED WITH TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!!! They didn't put my filter in right, lost one of the pieces and still put it in and crushed the filter causing my check engine light to come up cause my oil censor got clogged. $50 for that part that they lost. read more

Took my car in for an oil change. Been there a few times yet the guy couldn't find me in the system which I find odd. There were a few techs and no cars being serviced. I was told my oil was too low and they would not do the oil change unless I had more oil it. I was directed to Autozone where someone could help me put in oil and they could do. This was what seemed like maybe a manager couldn't tell they all seemed very unprofessional and just sitting around. Could it be that they just didn't want to help me because I am woman, my vehicle, or they just didn't want to work. So I go to Autozone where I helped by a sweet young woman who helped put oil in and did what they asked. I go back and am told they won't do it and to go to Jiffy Lube. They just didn't want to service my vehicle. If there was something wrong with my vehicle they could have had the proper decency to let me know especially as a single woman not knowing much about cars. This place is a joke. read more

I came here on the weekend for a simple oil change. 10-15 minutes later they said my car wouldn't start and it was likely the battery. I turned the key on my car and all the gauges turned on but the motor wouldn't start. They claimed they only changed the oil and did nothing else to the vehicle. I callled AAA and while I was waiting to have it towed, an employee attempted to give me a business card of a mechanic friend that could 'fix it'. Not sure if it was a scam or not, I told him no thanks and took it to a mechanic I trusted. The mechanic said the starter harness was disconnected most likely at the oil change place for unknown reasons. The mechanic did not charge me to reconnect it, but after driving it my speedometer still doesn't work right anymore. Thanks Quickie Lube! read more

3 stars seems at the high end but 2 stars is too low. I was professionally greeted and the initial interaction was very good. I walked next door to inquire about detailing services. When I came back and watched some of the struggles I wished I had not walked away. It honestly felt as professional as what you would expect in a 3-Stooges movie. As someone who has turned a lot of wrenches I found it off putting that the guy in the pit could not break the drain plug loose without a long handle ratchet or breaker bar. I honestly wondered what kind of weanie arms the guy had. I watched as Curly was still tightening a bolt or screw while Larry was driving the car away. Curly continued tightening the screw until the moving car pulled away from the socket. I inquired as to the tightness of the screw and was assured it was properly tightened. I will be crawling under the car myself to verify it was actually tightened up. This left me less than confident with the job performed. It's very unlikely that I will use their services again. read more

Possibly the best oil change experience I have ever had. Everyone there was friendly and professional and the whole process took 15 minutes tops. They definitely live up to their name! The service was horrible. my car was not made it a priority because a lady came in complaining about a prior service and my car got burnt for 45 minutes and on top of that I told the technician to please make sure to check all of my tires that air is in my tires and he said he did but when I drove off the sensor was still on and he said it's fine that's fine and then I drove on the freeway and my tire popped so thanks a lot !!!!! read more

For a young girl like myself they are quick to talk you down like you don't know anything, or just be flat out rude. One time I had asked them to pull my car in because a semi was blocking the back so I couldn't just pull in. I didn't know how they wanted my car So i asked the guy to do it for me but The guy said he couldn't because he's busy with another car... i was the only one there and he even watched me pull it in. I pulled up my vehicle and they said it would be $65 for a standard oil change because I had a "specialized filter." Bull. I've never gotten a "special filter" and I've never paid more than $40 for an oil change. When I balked at the price, they didn't feel a need to bargain a bit or look further as to how I am able to pay less than $40 for a "special filter." Its likely they judged my car wrong. But even if it was by mistake, they are doing a disservice by potentially over-charging me for a simple oil change. I took my car down to Pep Boys, and they were going to do it for $33, but there was a promotion and they did it for me for $23! That's right 1/3 the cost of these guys.
