I came in today for an oil change and it was scorching hot 104 to be exact. They were the sweetest and offered me and my daughter popsicles!! They got us in and out right away all while everyone had a smile on their face despite how hot it was. This location is becoming a joke. Last time I was here they didn't inspect my car properly and it lead to issues. Today they don't even respect customer patronage. They let 2 cars that got in line after me go before me. The manager Jose said there is nothing that can be done. Update: I went back to see if they could fix their mistake and they escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it. To make things worse the manager Jose couldn't accept responsibility of his mistake. His co worker offered the perfect solution that Jose refused to offer during my initial visit. So it seems like he only does things convenient to himself and doesn't care about sales or customer service. This location has lost me as a customer. I will NOT return here to do business. I would strongly caution against purchasing a battery from Valvoline. I bought one about a year ago, and when my car wouldn't start, AAA tested it and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Since it was still under warranty, I went back to Valvoline, but they insisted the battery was "fine." Not convinced, I took my car to my dealership where they ran full diagnostics, and sure enough, the issue was the battery. Unfortunately, Valvoline still refused to honor the warranty. The only way I could get my car running again was to buy a brand-new battery elsewhere. This experience has left me very disappointed. Valvoline sold me a defective product and then failed to stand by their warranty. Save yourself the headache, do not buy a battery from Valvoline. With most vehicles you can view the used oil being extracted and the new oil being added. Always show you the new oil level on the dipstick. There is a check in coupon in Yelp. And AARP and other discounts are available. Prices are on par with other companies. Took vehicle to another place to see if sensor needed to be replaced and was shocked to find out it didn't and my wiper fluid was LOW. First time going outside the dealer but my schedule is crazy and the little check engine light was on for longer for than I am comfortable. Michael greeted me and explained what was going on. And when it's my turn, they asked a few questions about my car, what type of oil I want to use, and go through a few things I may need to do (change air filter, etc.). You know this is common, they want more money... but u don't have to choose and they are not pushing at all. Finally, I finished my oil change within 10 mins. Price: I called in first to ask if appointment is necessary and what is the price. The person just offered a coupon to me and sent to my phone. I remembered I paid less than $40 after all. Good price. Service: I LOVE THEIR PEOPLE THERE! Very friendly and patient. I don't like going to those shops that giving me a feeling "excuse me sir, do I owe u money?"
