Very well organized place. I like ordering in advance by calling which is very easy and they always pick up. Your order will be ready in less than 10 mins. Prices are justifiable and workers are nice. The flavor is always consistent. Not too sweet and not bland. I like their avocado smoothie. I loooove their Mochi Waffles. I normally get Taro because my girls think it's delicious. $5 for a large size waffle. It's also made to order so it's super fresh and warm! They have new drinks, not sure if they're permanent drinks or refreshers for when it was summer. I tried the Strawberry Lemonade Lychee Tea with boba. It was ok, didn't taste too flavorful. I'm so happy to have a boba shop in the neighborhood. I've been going to this Quickly since their soft opening. While the first drink I had (brown sugar latte) was underwhelming, they are getting better & better with each visit. Their snows and slushes have been a life saver during this heat wave. They are cold, light & refreshing--just be sure to order a large because it is gone before you know it. The Mochi waffles are a QQ-lovers dream. They have a crisp exterior, a soft interior and just the right amount of a bouncy, toothsome chew (called "QQ" in Taiwan). They are best enjoyed hot, but they also make an awesome vessel for an ice cream sandwich. It's a shame that we can't enjoy our milk tea inside the shop--i really like the minimalist, modern decor. But that doesn't stop me from dropping by whenever I'm running an errand in the area. I'm hoping they include more food on the menu soon. read more

A Quickly in Benicia? You got to be kidding me! I would never expect to see a Quickly in Benicia. The city is very quiet and away from the public. I discover this Quickly from seeing advertisement on Facebook and Instagram. I have to say that this location is great! It is located in a nice shopping center where there is a Raley's and Ace Hardware store. The inside of this location is CLEAN. They know how to maintain the inside. It is not a busy location compare to the one in Vallejo. I came here, order my drink, and I was on my way out with my drink done within 3-5 minutes. Come to this location to get a good drink. I recommend checking out this Quickly location. read more

I've ordered from this Quickly before without issue, but am so disappointed with my recent Doordash order (this is NOT a Doordash or delivery issue). I ordered 1 coffee milk tea with boba, 1 lemon slush with no inclusions, and 1 matcha waffle. What I received was 1 coffee milk tea and 2 lemon slushes, all without inclusions. What was written on the receipt was (not verbatim, threw the receipt away) that they were close to closing and didn't have any waffles or boba. I completely understand being close to closing, that's on me for not checking their hours, but they could have: 1. declined my order for that reason, or 2. called me about the issues with my order. I actually put on Doordash to call me if something is unavailable, and I have my number on my account, but I wasn't called at all. I would have either canceled my order, asked for a refund on the waffle, or asked for a different inclusion in the coffee milk tea. read more

Went to this location last weekend (Sunday) and got a boba. Called in the order (nice friendly guy answered the phone) and got there 5 minutes after to pick up. The place wasn't busy. I paid for my boba and the cashier (talking to someone, taking her time) gave me my change. There was a boba drink next to her but I wasn't sure if it was mine or not. I waited a few minutes and sure enough, she called me and gave me my drink. I walked out and took a sip and it was warm and had no ice! Why? So I went back in to ask for some ice and the guy was nice enough to make me a new one but the drink was too sweet. Not the same taste like I know Quickly used to serve! The purpose of calling in the order was to make this a quick grab and go, but instead it turned out to be a longer wait and process. Mind you I drove out there just for this drink from Vallejo! I've only visited this Quickly once so I can't leave a detailed review on their drinks (maybe in the future). With that being said I was delighted when I first entered the store to see how modern this establishment was decorated. The menu compliments the entire set up well and I appreciate the sections of the menu that explains what boba is. Super helpful for those who may have never tried a boba drink. I also liked how they offer milk substitutions! Now for the drink I tried. I decided to get the Twix milkshake since the Vallejo Quickly doesn't have that one. I was surprised to taste banana in it. I'm not sure if they add bananas in their milkshakes or it was a mess up? But, the banana did not sit right with me and the banana completely overpowered the taste of the Twix. I also tried my friend's drink which was the Reese's. His drink tasted a lot closer to what he ordered than mine, because at least in his you could taste the chocolate and peanut butter. However you can still taste banana in his Reese's milkshake. Aside from the drinks we also got the Mochi waffles (Taro and Nutella). We were both really excited to try it and it surely met our expectations. If it came with any sort of sweet dip it would've tasted even better. Other than parts of the waffle tasting a tad burnt it was pretty good! Last but not least I go to the Vallejo establishment a lot so immediately I noticed a slight price difference between the Benicia Quickly and the Vallejo Quickly. read more

Such a cute store!! I love all the small decor they have around the store, very modern layout. Came around 6 pm and it didn't seem busy. The lady on register was very sweet and even recommended me a mochi waffle flavor when I couldn't decide. I got a Milk Tea Snow and my Bf got a peppermint jasmine MT and we also got a Taro Mochi Waffle!! It really depends on who is making the drinks here...first time we went just after they opened it was a sort of chaotic mess, and the drinks were on the tasteless watery (or milky?) side with too much ice...we went again about 3 weeks ago and everything was much improved, tasty drinks and friendly service. Went today to an empty store with 4 teenage staff looking lonely...ordered and got friendly service, but the drinks (caramel and brown sugar lattes with boba) were again super watery and tasteless. I did enjoy the boba pearls though. I think with proper training and supervision (no manager in sight here) this place could be much more popular and even get a few customers back! read more

First of all, we ordered and I had my cash out ready to pay...then this girl comes up to the register and says they are only taking card to me and them turns to the cashier and tells him that they can only take card cause they were out of ones. I told her I had exact cash/change, but she still refused. Uh, you're out of one's and I have exact cash and NOW you can only take card...that sounds like a YOU problem. Then to top it off, they said they we're out of the strawberry mochi waffle my daughter ordered. By this time, I was super irritated. I said out loud that this was the last time I went there and I told them to take my number out of their system cause I wasn't coming back. I said out loud so everyone could hear me, "I'm so irritated!" I told my daughter to wait for the order and that I was going to the car to yelp them. So after seven or eight minutes, she come to the car with the order and instead of the waffle she has a drink. I am 9 months pregnant and was craving boba tea. We walked in apparently at closing. We didn't know it's closing time because the doors were still open, the store sign was still outside on the sidewalk urging customers to come in and there were people in the store still waiting for their drinks to be made. However the staff informed us that they are closed and not taking anymore orders. In some cultures it is considered a bad luck to deny pregnant women... anyway I guess technically they had the right to deny service. I'm not going back though. This is my usual Quickly spot as the drinks here are amazing and the customer service is usually great! Last Saturday was a different case. I came in around 2 pm to 2 girls working the store. The girl who took my order (with a name tag that said "Aut") was not inviting and warm like the usually Quickly employees deliver. She didn't greet me or even ask for my name. She seemed really standoffish and upset to serve me. The drink was perfectly fine, but I was just disheartened by this out of the blue bad service. It's great that a boba shop is finally here in Benicia. Got the almond milk tea and the jasmine green tea (iced). Even with the reduced sweetness for the almond milk tea the drink was way too sweet. I'm guessing because the boba was made too sweet. Honestly a 3-3.5 stars but their Mochi waffle definitely was delicious. Been to many boba places but it was my first time trying. Hopefully they can get into their groove after a few more months. Will definitely visit again. read more
