On 9/19/23, I booked QuickMaids for a move-in/move-out cleaning on 10/15/23, before the movers arrived that evening with all of my stuff. I explained that this was a time sensitive operation because of the limited window to clean up after the old resident. On Friday, 10/13/23 at 10am, I texted Heather to confirm my booking. At 330pm, she replied that her car broke down 2 weeks ago and she'd let me know by 7pm if she could make it. That left me virtually no time to replace her, which to me is irresponsible, unprofessional, and unacceptable,and I told her that. This wasn't just a regular cleaning that would have been no big deal to cancel. I get that things happen and cars break down, but she knew about this issue 2 weeks in advance, and she should have let me know a week before that there was a good chance she might have to cancel. That would have given me plenty of time to replace her. I reached out to 10 places on Yelp to try to book that Sunday, but none were available. Heather got back to me at 430pm saying that her sister would take her, but I'd already lost faith in her. I finally found someone that was available on NextDoor, so I told Heather that her services were no longer needed. Her cleaning services were only average the 2 times she cleaned my place, so I'm going to give my monthly cleaning to the person I found on NextDoor from now on. Update: Removed one more star for the flood of argumentative and personally insulting texts I received from her after my initial post. read more

I asked for a deep clean I got a quote I specifically asked for all walls, cabinets inside and out, baseboards, inside and out of fridge oven and microwave and as you can see we clearly have a different idea of what a deep clean is not one single window in my house was cleaned The fridge is still dirty I have to empty it out and clean it myself I had to re-vacuum my floors I have to mop them again because whatever they used left some kind of nasty stench in my house but I can't seem to get out and then not only that my sliding doors are now broken and I can't lock them. But I guess because she offered to have someone come back out and spend another 45 minutes in my house that makes it all OK and as you can see in her response it's more or less whatever and a smiley face so I think before you use this service and this is why people go with big-name companies instead of trying to help out the smaller ones!! The two people that did show up were very friendly and nice so it bothers me that I have to leave this kind of review!!! read more

I wish I would have read the yelp reviews before contacting QuickMaids. They were far from quick. 2 hours late for the initial walk through. Then no-showed on the day of the scheduled cleaning. Had a ton of excuses. The windshield broke... first day of chemo... etc... I wanted to use a small business and they seemed like good people so I gave them a shot. Lesson learned.. Do not contact them for a cleaning appt. I made an appt and no one showed up no one called or messaged me to even let me know they wouldn't be able to come I had to reach out to them and I didn't receive a response back until late. They apologized and assured me they would come the next day ... which is today.. same thing no call or message that they wouldn't be arriving I had to contact them and waited a long time for a response this was something I needed done by today and due to their lack of communication and not following through I'm out of luck at nearly 6pm now trying to find another available cleaner. If you contact this company you're wasting your time. They haven't even responded back to me when I asked if it was still possible to send another crew that didn't have car issues out to me. read more

Heather is also very kind, and she adds her personal touch by not only remembering the details of what I like cleaned and how, but she also shows up with a smile and brings such a delight to my day. I reached out needing a rental unit cleaned so the next tenants could move in. They got me scheduled within a few days and showed up just like they said they would. We had a lock box on it so they got to work and had the job done in about 5 hours. I appreciated that they asked me if there were any areas we specifically wanted done because we have had some companies forget areas in the past. The unit looked great and they locked it back up when they were done! They even sent photos and let me know of a leak that we weren't aware of. Thank you guys! Contacted them for a move out, and received an estimate the same day. Decided to schedule the service with them as their prices were significantly lower than competitors. Their team showed up when scheduled, and got straight to work. Before they left I spot checked a few places (blinds, baseboard etc), and the place looked great! Amazing attention to detail, friendly, and hard working. I know I'll get my entire deposit back thanks to them. Highly recommend, and will use them again in the future! read more

I needed a cleaning company to help me on a moveout clean. I was on a tight timeline. They showed up on time. The bathrooms and the windows were cleaned well. The owner and another young lady helped with bathrooms/mirrors and bedrooms. My problem was the floors which were filthy but they(the guy working) mopped everyone out of the house and I could not check the work. I had to mop the whole house and scrub the floors that were visibly dirty. The other issue? They (the guy) sprayed easy off ON the stove top (clock/buttons, etc...) which stained the silver plastic. Use a degreaser on the stove but you used Easy off, it stained and the landlord charged me for the damage. They did not clean the cabinets and kitchen drawers like they said they would. I had to take more time to clean which I did not have. When I sent her a message that day to ask bout the stain, she told me it was Easy off and they could come by hours later (try a magic marker on it) but we had a walk through scheduled at 4pm. No apology. (This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving) Radio silence. On 2/7/22, the owner sent me a message through FB (because I private messaged a few people who asked for cleaning service on FB) the owner told me it was silly to tell other people I ruined the stove. It was probably grease and I didn't want it fixed. She blocked me so I could not respond to her privately, so here is the response on YELP. This company caused me stress the day of and the owner did not have the decency to apologize and insisted the situation was my fault. Unacceptable. Take care of your customers. Review your workers work, double check that everything you said you would do for a move out cleaning was done and don't blame the customer for your workers subpar cleaning abilities. Take responsibility. I did not have a problem with your work in the other areas of the house but the person who "cleaned" the floors and was supposed to clean the kitchen was the issue. I should have read the YELP reviews first and gone with a more qualified and more expensive company. Not taking FB recommendations ever again. read more

My son and his roommates were moving out of their first house they had ever moved out into after living at home after their year lease was up. The property management said they needed a professional cleaning done before inspection. I asked around on Facebook and decided to tell my son about Quickmaids after speaking with them.
