Beware the 16.75 coupon is only for small cars. I have a small SUV......I tried to use the coupon and they said it would cost me 40 dollars. There are cars bigger than my SUV. I don't think it's right for me to pay more than double the price! I took my business else where. read more

I received a call from the owner of this car wash/smog station several hours after I posted the last review. Instead of apologizing, he started off defending what his employee did. He also admitted that he is never at this location to oversee how his business is run. He also asked me to change my initial review. That's not going to happen since my opinion of the place hasn't changed. Finally, he told me to ask for a refund through Groupon. The owner isn't a bad person. He just allows his business to be run poorly by somebody else. read more

Found this place on yelp and called for a quick quote. The guy picked up in half a ring! He gave me the coupon price even without the coupon and was able to finish my '09 Tacoma in 10 minutes! I was informed an older car was on his way that would be before me, but was still quick and simple without and appointment. And you also get a free car wash that's good for a month in case you don't have time to do it right then. It's located in the same lot as the car wash place and another auto shop. BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!! If I could give this place no stars or negative stars, I would. This place is horribly unprofessional! Would not recommendat all! I drove more than 20 miles out of the way to go to this place. I showed up on a Friday at 12:10 (because hours posted on website indicate "Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm FRIDAYS: Closed 1pm-2pm") A man from Quicky Smog comes over to me & tells me that they are currently smogging another car & to please re-park my car next to the other car, under the smog sign and wait for them to finish. I waited 15 minutes for them to finish, then at 12:25 a (different) Quicky Star mechanic comes over and abruptly (& rudely) tells me he can't do my car, I have to leave & that he's leaving for lunch right now. I replied but your website says you take lunch from 1:00-2:00 & that's why I came at 12:15 instead of later. He answered "well it's wrong, come back at 2:30. I told him I couldn't as I had another appointment later that afternoon. Adding please Can you make an exception this time?" "No, come back later" he replied, "Come back Monday." "Monday's too late. Plus I drove a long way to get here, I drove more than 20 miles. Please? Your hours were posted wrong" I pleaded to no avail, Clearly the guy that runs this Quicky Smog place is not concerned about giving any type of "Quicky" Service and, appears to be more concerned about his lunch, than business, customer service or is he even the least bit concerned about the incorrect hours he has posted. The business should be re-named "NO QUICKY SERVICE 4U!!" ------------------------- Follow up: This guy gave NO explanation to me regarding his need to leave, PERIOD.
