Great service! I found this place looking online for the cheapest smog check in the area. The online coupon is awesome and I didn't even need to print it out since my printer was not working. I showed up and there was no wait. He immediately started the smog check and was done in no time, not to mention you get a free car wash voucher with the purchase. Had an awesome experience bringing my car here for a DMV-required smog test. Shopped around and found this to be the best price. Spoke to Daniel after service was completed and asked him why his price is so different from others in the area ($35 including certificate to smog my car, where other places quoted me $65 - $70). He was honest and said he thinks that's the fair price, $35. He's the owner and operator. He was just so genuinely nice. I will recommend his services to anyone needing a smog check on their vehicle. Just finished my smog test. Read several reviews on Yelp and talked to Dan and told him about all the positive things that were said and thats what brought me there. I used to go to a different place and was directed to a STAR station. I am totally impressed with his customer service and attention to details. I am confused about the negative reviews as I found this the best place to get you certificate. Next car coming up in December and i definitely will go back there. read more

I have used Quicky Smog every time we've needed a smog test and they have always been great, fast, and affordable. Today, was a different story. The smog testing was as usual and was fast. As the tech was going to get into my daughters car, she told him he could adjust the seat if he needed to because she is small and the seat is always moved close to the steering wheel. He did move the seat and when we were all done and getting settled back into the car to leave, my daughter tried to move the seat forward and it didn't lock into place anymore. It would just slide back and forth. I told the tech that he must have broken the seat as it had been fine before and we've never had any issue. I asked to speak to the manager and he asked us to wait. We waited and when the manager came, his response to me asking him to be responsible to fix the seat was that of, "We don't do that." I had told him the entire story and that because of the tech the seat now was broken and he proceeded to keep saying they were not responsible and would not pay for the repair. He then asked if he could look at it to which I said no. He is not a mechanic and I didn't want anything else to happen. His quick response of passing the blame, even saying that it may have been broken before and that it would be bad business for him to fix. Came yesterday for a smog check a was helped immediately. The guy was super friendly but most importantly helpful when explaining to me a slight issue I had to fix so that could pass the smog check. Went across the street to get my ignition timing adjusted and came back to retest and was out in about 15 mins. Online paperwork was submitted to the DMV immediately allowing me to complete my registration shortly after. Smog check also came with a free express car wash which was literally next door making it extremely convenient and an absolutely stress free experience. Will definitely come back here from now on! Very good customer service! I get that the smog testing is in the middle of the wash but at least put "quicky smog" on the sign. I never know if you are supposed to pull up to the service area or park and ask for help, but I was there fairly early so it wasn't busy. Daniel was very helpful.
