Quicky Smog is the best! I've been here a few times when I've needed my Smog check completed. The location is adjacent to the Route 66 Car Wash just look for the sign. They are seriously the quickest and easiest business to get your Smog Check done. Currently, the cost is $45 for the test. You just park up front or pull up your car to garage and the staff comes out immediately to take care of you. My Smog check was done in 10 minutes! You can't beat that kind of service. They are fast, efficient and convenient for those on a time crunch. The staff here are all personable and friendly. Go here if you ever need to get a Smog check done for your vehicles! ( ^_^)b

Been coming here for years with our cars. Entrance is at a car wash. With tax and everything it comes out to be $45. For cars older than 1995 and larger cards they charge extra. Not sure how much. They take cash, card, and check. The people who work here work quick and are nice. One of our cars did not pass the smog check. The guy who worked there told us exactly which part needed changing. It was our intake boot. After we fixed it, we took it back and it passed the smog check. We will definitely come back again for our next smog check.

Got there on a Saturday around 11 am. No wait. Very friendly and informed me that the free car wash a voucher so it didn't expire. Couldn't wash the car so was happy about that. Took about 15 minutes and out. Price was a little higher due to my cars engine size, but $35 total( smog and certificate) was still a deal for having to go to a STAR station. read more

This place is kinda hard to spot at first because it's part of a car wash and a couple other services provided, but the staff member who serviced my car was very professional, easy to work with, and completed the service very quickly. Highly recommend. Would for sure come back to get another service done. Also if you check in with yelp you get a free car wash. I still have the free car wash coupon that I intend to use later. read more

Went in for a smog check, all staff were wearing masks. I called in and didn't have to make an appointment. It took about 10 mins for them to finish running tests on my car, which is super fast. I also did a Yelp check in for a free car wash with smog check purchase, so that was a plus. Overall, my experience here was great. read more

Friday around 10:50am. I pulled in and an older mechanic came up and gave me a clip board to fill in and told me to wait for a bit. So waited for a few minutes, a younger guy came (Dan), then he explained to me that he has 2 cars to do smog. I told him that I can wait. He then gave me a free car wash card and told me to go thru the express wash. Then by the time it's done, he can do the smog on my car. I did the express wash and came back, like he said it was my turn!! I only waited for 10-15 minutes. He did the smog check and it was done! He then kept apologizing for the wait!! That was nothing!! Really quick and a great price! I was worried I'd have to pay more for my 99 TJ but it was only $45 instead of the common $55 I was getting from most places. I called the same day and was told as long as I came on before 5 (I believe), I would be helped. Super quick and convinient shop for a star certified smog check. The guy helping us was super friendly and quick. The shop is located right in between the car wash and an auto shop. I passed right by it when I was trying to find it. There aren't any signs along the street, so just look for the car wash and pull into the parking lot. I think we were done in less than 5min. My wife had told me about this place. So I gave it a shot. Got in and out within 20 minutes. Super fast and very reasonable ($35). Plus you get a free car wash with yelp check in. Pros: Really fast Cheap Free car wash. Cons No appointments I think they can only do one car at a time. Overall: Highly recommend coming here if you need a smog. Just here to add yet another 5 star review for Quicky smog Star! Super quick service, in and out in 30 mins for my 1997 Toyota 4 runner and at the cheapest price I could find ($50) AND with a free car wash if you check in on yelp! And it looks like if you have a car that's 2000 or newer, it's even faster because a newer Toyota corolla came seconds before me, and she was in and out within 5-10 mins. Location tip: it's in the lot with all the car wash hoses in the middle of the lot. I didn't see the sign that said "Quicky smog" and drove past it thinking it was just a car wash read more

I was in need of a Smog Test for my registration. My sister referred me to Quicky Smog Star. I called and the gentlemen that answered the phone was really nice. He quoted $35 for it. (I have a Crossover) I went in and it took less then 15mins. Super fast! I def suggest coming here if you need a Smog or even a Car Wash. FREE CAR WASH!!! Attn Yelpers: you get a FREE wash when you get your car's smog checked. I arrived before 0800 and the gentlemen setting up for the car wash directed me to sit in the chairs just outside the door. The gentleman arrived promptly and took down my information, took my car in the bay and was done in less than 10 minutes. It was super easy and quick. The gentleman was super nice and helpful. I asked about the free car wash and he handed me a card. I drove the car around to the wash, handed the card to the attendant and in went my car! I highly recommend this place. It's quick, the workers are very kind and it's cheap! read more

Nothing new to add to all of the great reviews. No appointment needed. Just drive up, get the guy's attention (he's pretty attentive) and fill out a short form on a clipboard. Pop your hood, have the key in the car, and you're ready to go. This place must be popular as there always seems to be a car or two in front of me when I show up, but the wait is never unreasonable. He'll get you in and out in under 10 minutes. Professional, efficient, and polite. Price was $35 for my Volvo sedan. He even did a free re-test when my ODB2 engine codes weren't registering due to a recent battery replacement. I just had to drive the car at different speeds for a few days and bring it back. read more

This is my second time here. $35 for a smog check. They honor the coupon on their website that states $21.75 + $8.25 certificate, and charge an additional $5 for an electronic fee. Total= $35.00 The gentlemen working at the shop are very friendly. It was quick, 15 minutes top. Plus you get a free express wash which usually costs $8. Great deal! read more

Wonderful place to get smog check done during this covid. Took my 2012 Toyota Prius C for a test only. What took longer was me filling out the paperwork. Tech asked for my keys, within 5 mins it was done. The tech/owner had offered advice on how to get one of my cars ready for a smog test that I was having problems with. He also offered to stay open longer to try to accommodate me. Could this place be any easier than it was.....yes but only if it was in my own garage. Fast, Inexpensive, had the check engine light on, they tried to work with it but in the end could not make it work, no charge. Got it corrected, took it back and in 15 minutes I was out. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

Stopped by to show Ali at affordable auto and he's like "no problem, we have a great auto body shops that can do it". They did a BEAUTIFUL!!! job. Two weeks later had to bring it in for that really bad leaking seal Ali had given an estimate on and picked it up three days later and amazing FAIR PRICED work again!!!! We just love Ali and trust him so much.

Sure enough Matt called me to let me know there were some items found during inspection and which ones needed to be addressed right away. After agreeing to the updated quote they got to work. I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). Other than that, the quoted price is what I paid, there wasn't any pushing to buy a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the additional work needed.

I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

Called first and spoke with Nash. Very pleasant guy who invited me to come right over and get my truck tested. I have a 1999 Ford Ranger and it took all of 15 minutes start to finish to get the smog check I needed. Nash was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and after the smog test, pointed out a few things he noticed under the hood, he thought I might want to know about. The few things he was referring to were repairs previously done on my truck. These "repairs" were done by a family member, and needless to say I was very grateful Nash pointed them out to me. They had nothing to do with anything related to the truck smog test, but nonetheless were things he correctly advised I have looked at by a certified mechanic, as I might have problems later with the way the repairs were done.. I really appreciated this help as I am not, as far as trucks are concerned, mechanically inclined. I'm a little surprised by the 1 star review I see on this yelp site made about this business. My personal experience was like the majority of reviews here. This is a great place to do business with, and Nash is a very considerate, helpful person I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent, honest service. If your vehicle doesn't pass inspection here, it won't pass at any ligitimate smog station, and that it seems is a possible reason some reviewers "hate" the messenger, instead of the message. Nash has made me a customer for life. And that includes any future smog checks I might have that don't pass. Being an entrepreneur has its cons. I have the habit of analyzing everything about a business and if I can give 10 stars I would give it to Quicky Smog. 1) I was greeted politely by the technician Zee. 2) Zee offered me a deal just because my car was easy to test. 3) Before he started the test he noticed a coupon my son had printed and left on my the passenger seat. Zee brought it to my attention and gave me the coupon deal (which was a few dollars difference) 4) The whole inspection took about 7 minutes 5) and I got a free express car wash. This is exactly how a business should be run. Polite, honest, ethical, and affordable. It truly saddens me to see 1 star reviews, especially after reading how ridiculous the comments are. Excellent, honest, professional and quick!! I highly recommend Quicky Smog. As a single mom, I always do my best to AVOID being "ripped off". Quicky Smog is very forthcoming and trustworthy. Had an AMAZING! experience at Quicky Smog. Very good price for the customer service and experience I had. Took my grandfather's car in to get it smogged and when I arrived Dan helped me immediately, also helped my grandpa out of the car which I thought was really cool. I dont usually expect to get great customer service from any smog shop, but this place really surprised me.. Simple, fast, friendly service. Never done a smog check before and the attendant was super patient. Also the free car wash after definitely helps. (Tip: you don't have to use the wash immediately, I don't think. Save it for when your car ACTUALLY needs a quick rinse!) read more
