Great place, highly recommended! I was worried about finding a good place, but luckily Yelp exists and I found this place and it had good reviews. Quicky Smog lived up to the reviews! I called ahead to see if there was any wait (as recommended on their website for the customer's convenience--and which I appreciated!), and the person on the phone informed me that there wasn't. He answered a couple questions I had and was patient and friendly. I drove over right away. The technician had me fill out a tiny bit of paperwork, and then the technician got started. I didn't have to wait long, only 10-15 minutes! I was fully expecting to wait half an hour because the internet said the average smog check time is 20-30 minutes, and that has been my experience in the past. My car passed, they took payment and gave me a receipt and the paperwork showing it passed, and I was done! I asked for the free car wash voucher, got it, and used it right away. Their car wash is pretty standard, but I will say that it does not dry your car very well. The car wash I usually go to has really good dryers, so this surprised me. I saw the 4 other cars there being wiped down manually by people (some people brought their own towels, and some people paid for the full package where they vacuum and hand dry your car for you). That being said, I don't think it was a big deal and I am happy with the wash, and happy with my experience here! read more

I was happy with the speed of service this business provided me with. I got here around 5:10PM and I had to wait a few minutes for the car ahead of me to finish. In total, it took less than 30 minutes for my car to get smog checked. I was very happy with the price because other places I called charged almost twice the amount i got charged here. Plus, since I checked in with Yelp I was able to get a free car wash and a free vacuuming session. My car was indeed in great need for a wash and vacuum so i was super thankful for that. read more

This is my go to place every two years for all my cars. I brought my cars here way back when they still had to shove the monitoring stick up the tailpipe while the car is running on the rollers, but now none of that is needed. All in all, quick and efficient and you even get a free car wash for checking in so don't forget to check in. Prices recently went up a bit but then again hasn't everything else due to inflation. read more

Steve and Daniel are really sweet and so friendly. They get your car smog done very fast. Here's why I am getting 5 stars. I went in on a Wednesday.. (I just had gotten my car fixed so I can get my smog test done before my registration was due) Steve was there and just was finishing up with another clients car. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a nice smile and asked for my information. Mind you I also had my two year old daughter with me and Steve made her feel so welcomed, he even gave her a cookie! Now that makes it easy on me cause my daughter hates new places especially where there are toys...but she didn't mind waiting now! Lol!! While enjoying her cookie took him just a few minutes and bam he told me my car didn't pass (UH OH) but he was so awesome about it, he didn't charge just asked me a few questions. Immediately we both had figured out why it didn't pass. I just had gotten work done and he told me just drive it for a few hundred miles come back and we will start again! Thanks Steve for taking the time to explain to me why it maybe hadn't passed! Some people just want your money...And get the smogs over with. So I trusted Steve! I went back friday! I came I wanna say right before closing and saw a line, asked if Daniel would still take me? He said YES! Woohoo! Awesome experience! Daniel was extremely helpful, our first test that we ran didn't pass due to the wrong catalytic converter being installed to my car from its previous owner. But he went above and beyond by giving us a list of state legal catalytic converters that would fit my car. Right after, I when to a muffler shop to have right converter installed. Then made my way back to run the test one more time. However by the time we got back to the smog test shop, it was 5 minutes before closing shop. But he was nice enough to take us as his very last customer and I passed :). This place really deserves the rating they've earned. Their attention to their customers needs are really genuine, and I would never go to another smog shop as long as I live here in SoCal. read more

I had issues passing my smog test had taken my car first to a smog center in Alhambra with no help to explain/diagnose why my car didn't pass, but was told to drive it??? My second attempt I went to Quicky smog Daniel the attendant tested my car first (test device) and said it didn't pass explained everything gave me the report (catalyst and OBD ii) sensor issue and advised me take it to my mechanic and show him the document to correct/fix so that your car may pass. I did that came to Daniel a week later showed him the work the mechanic did (itemized invoice), he tested again on the test device it still showed sensors did not reset and he noticed the work the mechanic did was not relevant to my smog issue and they basically nickel and dimed me. He said go next door to Michael's Auto repair and ask for Martin he will know how to fix it. So I took Daniels advice went next door. Martin fix my car within 2 hours and had it smogged and it passed! (YAY). I'm glad Daniel of Quicky Smog referred me to an honest mechanic to fix my smog sensor issues. Daniel is a nice, professional and honest smog attendant. I appreciated Daniel's guidance and honesty and truly thankful that he and Martin next door were able to help me this go round to pass the smog test after 2 1/2 months trying to fix it. As far as I'm concerned they are the best and least inexpensive of any smog test facility in the area. I live about 15 miles away in Pomona/Diamond Bar area, but with their coupon for $21.95 and final out-the-door total $30 cost for my small engine Chevy Volt, I'm saving approximately $15 from any other test facility that I'm aware of. I've used at least 3 separate times over 3 years, and when I have arrived when no one's there I'm done within 10 minutes, and even this last time when I had 3 cars in front of me I was out of there in about 30 minutes. To top it off the service person has always been very friendly, easy going and patient to explain anything. Also, I keep forgetting to take advantage of their express wash that they state on their web site. read more

Great service! Nasser helped me out. I had an after market part and he helped me and guided me through calling the company and requesting a decal for the part. I would've had NO idea how to do it or what to ask for. They company overnighted me the decal and I returned for the test. The test took about 15 mins AND I got a free car wash.
