So after more then a month I finally decide to put a review, reason being a bad experience even more than a month later....first I inquire about the pricing for replacing a crickett galaxy s7 micro USB slot because I tend to put it charging on a cell phone stand in my car and gets pushed in forcefully to the micro USB slot and it finally starting acting up keep in mind I have an impact proof case I just bought literally a week before this happen....I inquire different stores on yelp for pricing this was the cheapest I could find I message them through yelp and ask them for the pricing which was quoted at 45 compare to another store which was charging 75 but the other store really explained in detail what he will be doing and quote me a time of at least 5 hours due to the fact that the process was very sensitive and could mess up the screen if not done right, came to the store and they asked me to wait i have my son which is under 2 years old I was like wow they must be quick about it if they ask me to wait nope!!!! 3 hours in they finally tell me that something happen that they are not sure why but that my phone won't turn on!!! I was like wow it took 3 hours just to tell me that especially when I was there with my son which is under 2 years old at the time so you could imagine, well anyways they give me a substitute phone cause he said he was going to have a friend look at it I was like ok that's fine, I text Adriane 2 days later to check what's the status "he just sent it to his friend to check on it" after I say maybe like 4 or 5 days I decided to put yelp on the substitute phone and I noticed new messages on yelp I go to check the message it says that the pricing for my phone is at 110!!! I immediately message them on yelp and asked why did it go from 45 to 110 for a micro usb slot which rendered my phone useless because they messed it up at the shop, I get a call that same day saying that his friend apparently said the phone is useless because there was moisture inside my phone yes moisture which I didn't bring it in because it got wet I brought it in because of the micro USB slot it never got wet!!!! well anyways he offered to replace it for free no charge because he didn't see any problem except for the fact the the micro USB was acting up with the phone when I bought it in, he asked what phone would I like for the replacement I let him know I just want my s7 back and call it even which I figured it was reasonable he agreed and ask me when I could come by to pick it up I told him that day later on, so I finally pick up my phone Adriane explains to me and shows me the text from his friend saying there was moisture inside my phone and I let him know and asked How? I didn't even get it wet he said it's fine it's our fault and here go your phone I put a new case on it I was cool but I noticed it look cheap compare to my new case I got a week before I turned it in but I was like whatever... I get home put it on the charger and I noticed it's getting extremely hot, after it updated it turned off and noticed it was a tmobile phone not a original crickett phone like I had I was like whatever it's working, well more then a month passes woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom took my phone with me to check on Facebook and while I was sitting there the phone slip off my hand and fell.. after I was done I picked it up and guess what the digitizer screen broke from the inside which rendered my phone useless again why because I got a case that wasn't impact proof which I had already bought but didn't get back instead I got a cheap case that I got at the shop so now I have my wife old phone and my s7 useless again...well that's what happen and that's why I decided to put a review more then a month later bad from start to finish...should of took it back once I noticed tmobile on it and after it kept getting extremely hot or even after he handed me the phone and I immediately noticed that my case I just bought which was impact proof was not on it.... read more

So my charger port was messed up and I cleaned it and still wasn't working so i asked how much it would be plus to replace my iPhone 6 screen and it was 75, very cheap and sal was very fast. Awesome job on my broken note 5 port. My phone had stopped charging and my insurance said it was physical damage so they were asking me to pay a $175 deductible... Nope!
