Let's begin with the fact that Im pretty partial to this brand. I surf, skateboard and snowboard. Wave and mountain is the logo. I even named my dog their female brand line, "Roxy." So with that being said, these guys don't even have to try very hard, they will win no matter what. Located in the middle of the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood it's always nice walking around in there, but I'm usually making my bee line to this shop. It's summer so I am in the market for a pair of black flip flops. Also my old black quiksilver flip flops needs to be replaced. As I came in I was greeted, asked me if I needed any help. Walked me over to the walls of flip flops and I chose what I wanted. They even grabbed the reacher cause the pair i wanted was out of reach. Anyways, I was very happy with my purchase here at this quiksilver shop. I would definitely shop again here at this exact location. Thank you so much for reading my review. Ah yes, the Planet Hollywood mall in the middle of the strip. Except to eat and see a show, I hardly stop at any of the stores here. Maybe if they have something funky fun, but I hardly buy anything. (I did try the water spray massage tube thingie once just to try it. Trust me, it's overrated and you get hot and sweaty.) So we like Quicksilver and decided to stop in. Specifically looking for flipflops and they usually have a size where most placed start at 8. We were promptly greeted and asked what we were looking for. We were led to the flips, was told about the specials, the guy gave his name and let us know to grab him if we needed any help. We ended up purchasing a pair that was the style and fit we needed at a not so overly price point which made us happy. Check out was quick, efficient and friendly. No heavy upsale, just a nice easy transaction. Then we headed to the casino for more important business. Overall, hats off Quicksilver. We'll probably be back. P.S. If you like to spoil your dog, we discovered ours prefers Quicksilver flipflops to chew on over any other brand. We've tried cheaper brands and even Under Armor. But no - he prefers Quicksilver. Stayed at the Planet Hollywood Casino during my recent Vegas trip and I pass by this Quicksilver store often on my way to my room. This Quicksilver store is located at the Miracle Mile shops. Love that its very convenient for me. Although passing by so many times, I never thought to stop in until the very last day of my vacation, I realized I didn't get to shop for my teen son, I didn't get him anything. He was well behaved when I called home to check on him. That morning when I stopped to grab coffee, at Coffee Bean right across of Quicksilver, I saw their special sign in front of door which was pick any shoes, bottoms, and top all for 99.00! What a deal and I know my son would love all this. Such a great thing for our smart phones, I snapped pictures of the shoes and tops and sent it to him, after getting his reply, I grabbed the set, dropped it off in my room and went off to enjoy my vacation. This Quicksilver store is big and everything is very organized and not messy like other shops. I love the famous Quicksilver logo! There are tons of merchandise available from t-shirts, long sleeve tops, dress shirts, pants, shorts, jeans, shoes, slippers, hats, bags, back packs, swim wear, sports wear, and so much more. The workers are friendly. Note, this store does not carry youth sizes for jeans, pants, or shorts. Since my son wears a size 20, the workers didn't know what size 20 would equal to, in men size. I assumed and grabbed the smallest size jeans which was 28. The jeans was small for my son. Everything else fits. I called and spoke to the store manager and explained my issue, he was nice, and he called the store here in Hawaii to inform them that I will be coming in to do an exchange/refund. I hope they will have a size chart in the future. Overall, I enjoyed shopping here for my son, got great deals, and my son is happy, I'm happy! Did a little early morning shopping with my wife on August (Friday the ) 13th. We were excitedly greeted by both women working the store. They were both so fun to interact with. They actively listened to our wants, provided alternatives and add insult and have honest feedback on the clothes we tried on. We consistently purchase Quicksilver clothing but these two made shopping as fun as it can be! Thank you both. We will be back to shop when we return to Vegas next month. read more

I stopped in to pick up a button-down short sleeve shirt and the staff were very friendly and helpful right away and made it a point to be on a first-name basis with me.
