The young lady stated they were having a grand-reopening. The store was organized and completely full by 6:30 am. Many items were on sale. I had the chance to purchased items that normally aren't available until 11am. 4 stars is due to the employee that made an announcement for staff and customers to move their cars. If you know you're having an event and want customers to park in a certain area block off the area before the store opens and we start shopping.

In the last 6 months however, it has gone so downhill that I won't go back. They no longer have cashiers to check you out, everything is self checkout. The young people working there are put out by having to constantly come scan their cards to allow shoppers to proceed checking out because the machines are always glitching out or shutting down. The store is dirty and they don't carry plastic bags anymore. The paper bags they use don't have handles so coming up 4 flights of stairs to get them home is a fiasco. Everything has become cheap, dirty and robotic in an effort to cut costs and labor. It's unfortunate.

In fact, there was another individual waiting for an interview as well. Already off to a not-so-good start, I should have listened to my gut feeling by simply walking out right then and there. At this point, the interview gets worse. Job posting advertised full-time. The manager, who barely spoke English, said the cashier position would be part-time even though the schedule would work me forty hours a week. When asked for my availability, I quickly informed of two upcoming dates, both planned at least a year in advance, when I am simply not available to work. One of those dates is cataract surgery. The balls of this lady to tell me I'll have to cancel the surgery. Wow, really?! How disrespectful and a complete waste of my time. To be honest, I believe this whole ordeal was due to my skin color. I'll never set foot in a Fiesta again.

His name is Lee, if you get an ice coffee he makes you use the hot coffee cups and if you use styrofoam cups he charges double! None of the other Murphys do that ?!?! Even the other managers say he's over charging!! The signs clearly shiw iced coffee comes in sane cups as the soda fountain drinks so why does he charge DOUBLE! Even on refills??? Nothing gets done about it and many people are going to the other store off Coooer now because you can't trust him or his prices?!?!?!?! As a manager he should know the cups and prices by now ‍‍
