My mother spent weeks creating a beautiful quilt top and trusted this shop to complete it. Unfortunately, the quilting service was very disappointing. The shop used a different pattern than the one she chose and later said they had "issues" with her selection. Instead of reaching out to confirm what she wanted, they made the decision to use another pattern without her permission.
When my mother picked up her quilt, the clerk -- who she believed was the owner -- did not apologize or take responsibility for the mistake. After all the time and care she put into her project, this was deeply upsetting.
This experience shows a real lack of communication and professionalism. A simple phone call could have prevented this. I hope the business reviews their process and improves how they handle customer projects and communication, so no one else has this experience. read more
