THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITEEEE NAIL SALON. Let me start off my saying I took a chance and it payed off. The place itself has a upscale elegant vibe. The people are very nice and ask you if you have anything specific you want. My first time going i wanted something simple I get there and they were very busy so i had to wait. One lady went ahead and started filing my nails and putting the extensions on. If I had anything bad to say it would be they only have one person for design. If you want mis matched eyebrows,come here. The lady who did the wax for my eyebrows obviously has no idea what she is doing. I should have learned my lesson the first time but it was birthday weekend and did not feel like waxing my eyebrows myself, biggest mistake ever, thank god for eye brow pencils and eyebrows grow back. And also that same day I did a dip manicure, the lady did not clean my nails or cleaned my cuticles ..NOTHING and like 4- 5 days later, the dip powder came off like a fake nail on one of my nails?? This place is a hit or miss depending on who does your nails. I went and had a full set and pedi. Pedi was great no problems. My issue was with the nails. I had to get them done 2 times yhe same day. First lady that did them had them lioking bumpy, crooked and uneven so I had her remove them and asked for a refund. (Gave me a gift card.) So I had another lady do them. I've been on the hunt for the best ombre dipped powder for a while now and I have to say I finally found the one. This is my second time back here with Cindy for my dipped powder mani and her work is still amazing. Cindy does the dipping powder a little different than the rest of the other nail salons. She uses a brush to apply it on your nails, similar to acrylics rather than dipping your whole finger into the powder. If you love the ombre effect, using the brush will create an even blend of colors rather than the traditional dip. If you're big in nail arts they also have a ton of crystals, dried flowers, gold foils and designs to choose from. Modern and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of parking. read more

I've called multiple places but non of them were available for a full set. So I called this salon, and they were available for a full set, and they had 3 + stars so I didn't think there would be any issue. I came in for a full set French tip & I Paid $70 + for just a French tip! When I first looked at it, i didn't think it was too bad, but as I looked at it more (me being very conscious because there were gonna be a lot of pictures of my hand with my ring) , it turned out to that my acrylics were uneven, there were bubbles, there were little fuzzies or fur! I paid $70 + only for it to be one of the worst acrylics I've ever gotten done. The employees were incredibly nice though, which is why I didn't want to hassle them with complaining. The lady who did my toe nails manhandled me. She was aggressive on my feet and the massage didn't feel relaxing at all. Also on my hands she put excessive amounts of nail polish per coat so it never got dry. I went next door to Sally beauty to buy a nail polish and had to re-do my color when I got home. Also every time I would tell her to go easier on me, she basically was just upset. I can't say this would be the case with every technician but just because of that I'm never coming back read more

Several times I have selected a dip mani color and once on my nails, not the same color. I addressed this issue for the last visit today and the girl informed me that the swatch colors were "old". Okay, perhaps an update is in order??? That's not the worst part. I had a dip mani a week ago and it was peeling, appeared defective somehow. I have never experienced this with a dip manicure before and I have gotten many! The kicker is, they charged me full price (only wanted a discount is all) & the color wasn't even close to the one I selected. Before Covid they did a great job and now they have adjusted the salon to cater to the safety measures, still a great job. They also post safety certificates visible for customers to see. So. A few weeks ago we grabbed some subway that's next to this store. It got my attention because it looks clean and comfortable on the inside. So, I called to check if they are taking walk-ins after 5pm on a Friday evening for TWO. I asked multiple times...you are taking for TWO after 5pm? The answer was a yes on all counts. My husband and I walked in at 5:20pm. Wasn't even greeted with a hello. The lady abruptly asked, you called? You late? I responded no, I asked after 5pm, not 5pm. Another lady took us to the chairs. We sat down and asked for the Deluxe Pedicure. 4 steps for each: soak, scrub, mask, and hot stone massage My husband got 3 steps: scrub, mask, and massage in 35 minutes while I soaked for 40 minutes. I was ready to go by then. I was waiting so long she had to scoop the cold water out and refill with warm water. After waiting that long, I was asked if I wanted my nails cut? Why have I been sitting here for the past 40 minutes in very very cold water! I legit had to take my feet out because the water was disgustingly cold. And that made the lady upset. Okay, great, Now both of us are upset. So relaxing!!! No apologies. No remorse. They got my money because I am decent human being. Never again will I enter this place. Horrible service! read more

I came to get my legs waxed and the owner of this company Rose seems to always be in such a rush leaving hair behind and rushing me out of the room . she didn't want to remove the remaining hair but wanted me to leave with patches of hair on legs . terrible customer service and I had to request another Lisa whom was so sweet and personable and she took her time . I had a 11am appointment for 2 full sets, & pedicures. I got there a little early and had to wait of course. Then by time 11:30 Were put into the water to soak, 5 minutes later my toes were painted then under a dryer for a hour. My toes weren't done they way I asked and it seemed extremely rushed when I had an appointment.. I was set under the dryer longer than she scrubbed my feet and painted my toes which is ridiculous. The store was half empty when I came, I was put under the dryer when it became busy and was STILL under it when it went back to slow. My moms nails where already done and worked on by 1.. I then got my nails done and was charged way more than the pan-flit says with no explanation. Then 3 days later all my nails fall off. They didn't break like usually( after 2-3 weeks) but instead the WHOLE nail fell off. I legit have 2 nails left. I would NOT RECOMMEND unles you don't mind wasting 150 just to last 3 days & not get what you want done. Only gave 2 stars because I got a Brazilian wax there and it wasn't bad. read more

No. My daughters and I are new to Quincy and finally decided to find a place closer to home(after going to our old spot and our nail tech no longer there). Looked on yelp. One spot too far. Another no parking. So we try this place. Open on Black Friday. Empty at 2. Great! 2 full set and a gel mani, along with 3 pedicures. At the time there were only 2 techs but a third showed up mins later with children in tow. No worries. They were well behaved and stayed in the back mostly. Any way. Two did pedis and one started on a full set. They did an ok job. A scrub/exfoliate on the feet n legs. Then a paraffin treatment for our heels. Lil leg and foot massage. All and all. Each Service was $10 higher than our old spot and the lengths they consider short, medium and long are shorter than I'm used to. My gel mani has bubbles in it. They cut my nails without asking if i wanted them cut and our polish on our pedis are not smooth. Feet still need a good scrub. I called for two mani/pedis and was told our appointment was at 12:30. We arrived at 12:25 and they put us in two chairs and then proceeded to work on other people's nails until 1:15. If you value your time, and you don't want to wait almost an hour for your appointment to start this is not the salon for you. They also would do one thing on my nails and then stop and go work on someone else for awhile. My expectation is that they work on my nails continuously until they are done and not be left waiting again while they work on other people during my appointment time. Then I had to wait while they did my daughters nails because we started so far apart even though we arrived together.. Not a good experience. :( read more
