I described what was happening and he started to troubleshoot the issue. Kevin (the tech) continue to work on the unit over the next couple hours. He took his time to eliminate all variables to determine the root cause of the problem. Kevin explained each step he was trying to ensure I know what may be issue. He located the issue, but he did not have the part on the truck. Kevin explained that the part was not needed during the warm summer days, so he was able to bypass the issue without causing any damage to the unit so my family could have cool air over the holidays. On the next workday, Kevin returned with the needed part and corrected the issue. Many thanks to Kevin and his strong work ethic to ensure the customer was happy and cool during the hot summer days. I was able to speak to Patrick owner of PM Heating and AC. Got the complex owner to approve the service call for the weekend after being out almost a week. Patrick also had a full schedule but was able to fit me in on Saturday night. He quickly assessed the issue and had the replacement part needed on his truck. Replaced the component and restored service. He came back later that night to recheck if everything was still working. Great service, very polite and professional. I've recommended that he be added to the complex vendor approval list. I recommended him 110%!
