My story begins with the city codes and violations telling me I had 30 days to have my yard covered with decorative rock or artificial turf. Unbeknownst to me you can't grow grass in Victorville. I immediately hop on yelp and begin contacting landscapers. I came across Quinteros Landscaping and placed the call. Arrangements were made for consultation, and Adrian came out and spent over an hour providing me with suggestions and reasonable quotes. Adrian did an outstanding job of upgrading my landscaping by planting several trees, installing lights, and replacing my outdated transformers to optimize the power required to meet the lighting demands. I have worked with Adrian for over 7 years, and he has always been committed to his craft. This lawn service company has taken care of my Mother's residence for years and unfortunately the service quality depends on who is sent to work at your residence. At first this company was wonderful. The landscaped and created a lovely backyard for us and even created the raised garden that unfortunately is also the reason we are no longer going to allow this company access to our property or out business. Today this gardening crew/company has decided to come and steal from our residence. Every ripe fruit and vegetable in our garden was stolen off of our property. This was ALOT of fruit and vegetables. We witnessed the individual not cleaning our backyard but instead picking from the garden and requested that he stop. He quickly left and as he did we realized that he took everything. After alerting the owner of this business of the theft, we were given a generic answer stating that he would look into it. The messages and conversation was so generic and nonchalant. We requested instead the return of our goods and let him know that essentially he is responsible for who he employs. However, the new response was to tell us that we can find a new landscaper. The time and money that goes into a garden. The joy of eating your bounty. All stolen from my family. This garden was to be a memorable experience for family visiting from out of town. It's not about the worth of the food but about the experience that was taken away by a greedy individual who chose their own form of payment. I am happy to give our money to a different gardening company. One that holds ownership and honesty to a higher caliber. This was not the first incident with this company. I did research for a problem I had with my lawn on the internet for hours but could not find an answer. I called a local landscape company who recommended a lawn specialist. They recommended Quintero's, so I called and left a message. I got a return phone call within a half hour and began explaining my problem. After a few minutes of discussion I decided to send pictures and within a minute I received an answer. My lawn was infested with nutsedge. A type of fast growing broad bladed grass. They recommended a herbicide that targeted the nutsedge so I ordered it and applied it within a week. I see the product working and happy to say that the herbicide is doing the job. I had hired a company called Quintero's Landscape services. I hired them to hoe, rake and remove their debris from my front year and 1 acre backyard. I repeatedly asked them to reomove debris instead of allowing the wind to blow it away. I would find my trash can filled to the top of debris that they were supposed to take away. As I asked them to remove it at once, all they did was squish it down and still left in my trash can. Their 3rd time during our transaction for redueing their work to remove all left over loose debris of weeds and goat head bushes. It was cleaned up nice. I notice that their vehicle was not loaded with debris, but it didn't click on my head. I recieved an abatement from the fire department to clear weeds in alleyway on my side behind my house backyard fence along the waterline. So I obliged. I came to realize that I have piles of weed debris all along that fenceline which were perfectly hidden behind Sage Brushes that I can not see from the view of my kitchen and that location. Benifit of the doubt I text company and notified them what I discovered. To my dismay they denied. As I sift through piles I came to realize thing from my property were in them. My Pomogranites, Easter eggs, fallen shingles from my old shed, old tile that previous owner left from their work done in the bathroom. I text them again with pictures and I am no longer doing business with them. As of today as I write this Saturday June 17, 2017 I cleaned up the fence line and took it to local landfill. I have all of our text conversation and recipts of all work done throughout the year. Including the landfill recipts, total driving distance, and time to work. I have not recieved a reply from them.
