They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

They've refused to fix the issue and badly overcharged our insurance company, which now won't work with them anymore. They made zero effort to rectify the situation. They do not stand by their work. Where others had failed, he drilled down until he discovered that our audio system in our Forest River Forester had never been fully connected, explaining why it did not work correctly. He helped us install and then, after problems arose from a product defect, advised us about how to remedy difficulties with the cell booster antenna, including contacting the manufacturer. I called and was able to bring my StarCraft Travel Star trailer in the next week for the broken awning. The owner was awesome and was able to get the awning covered through warranty and went above and beyond for us. When I dropped it off for the awning, I mentioned that the fridge wasn't operating on propane like normal and they took care of that for us too while they had it. As a new trailer owner, I'm grateful to have found a locally-owned repair shop that is reliable and trustworthy. Overall, amazing customer service and response time! I have a feeling I'll manage to mess up quite a few more things in my trailer, and this is where I'll be taking it when I do!

This is the first time in 7 years this has happened. I called Tom at Massey's and said I am broke down and need to be towed. He asked what the problem was and I told him. I asked him if he has power so I can plug the coach in and he said so you want an extension cord (he was being funny) and he said yes we have 50 amps to plug into. That said they were 4 people short today and his team hopped right on things and got me taken care of. They worked about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. Once fixed they ran a force regen on the system and verified there were no more issues. Instead of gouging me like most places would do they actually gave me a big break and my bill was over half what I expected. Thanks Tom and Tim you guys are great and you now have a customer for life.

Told me it'd take a couple days and 4 hours of labor. Fast forward 4 weeks later- these guys couldn't get it together- mistake after mistake they ended up using the wrong settings to run overhead and charged me $2000 and refused to put fresh oil. Broke my shifter, tried to send me home with a truck that had broken shifter and wouldn't shift properly because they messed it all up. Took it back and they replaced it with an after market shifter so I had to replace it myself with my own money. Less than 80 miles later the truck broke down on the freeway. Had a knocking noise and no power. Took it back to Massey's to ask em what the hell they did and found out they used the WRONG settings on my Cummins 400. Months later after having it sit in their yard they kept blaming and saying other problems and finally gave up and sent it to Cummins where they could properly fix the truck and had it done in a week. Masseys wouldn't compensate anything even thought they tied me up with no truck for months. do not recommend this place to ANYONE!
