Had a great experience here last week. My wife and I took our kids here and it was pretty hectic, left my water bottle on accident. Brought our food home to go and realized later in the week Quizno's was the last place I saw it. They knew about the bottle as soon as I called, we went to pick it up on out next visit a few days later. Very kind owner/manager, really cares about each customer. Only bit of advice is to not rush the customers so much. Sometimes I take a few extra seconds to think of which veggies I want and it'd be nice to not be asked "ok is that it??" after each choice. I appreciate the efficiency but would like more to not feel the pressure to order so quickly especially when I have a family with me. Thank you. read more

The soups are way watered down. My last aju French dip tasted like I was dipping it in water. I personally worked at a Quiznos for a few years i am very familiar with the way things taste at this chain. I am very disappointed with this location due to there penny pinching. Tisk tisk read more

Not really been a huge fan of quiznos in my time. If I could, I would prefer one of the other sandwich places. However, this one always sparks our fancy because there is a starbucks and a safeway within walking distance. We usually do lunch/coffee and then head to shop. This location is decent. I think the workers try hard to make the customers happy. I think that the manager is a nice guy. He keeps a good stock of fresh veggies to choose from, and he is always in high spirits. I went into check out the menu before I went into Safeway yesterday to buy juice. Being a Sunday and nice weather people were out and no one besides myself and the owner and his employee were in the store. After I got my juice I went into the store again. I don't recommend the employee's special of a huge portion of Passive Aggressiveness. When I walked I didn't say a thing, so he decided to sarcastically bellow out "Well, are you going to buy something THIS time, heh!?" The (Franchise) owner just stood there bewildered, unable to process his employee's ungracious, rude and mocking behavior as I left. I guess being a sandwich maker is a pitiful and wretched life & you gotta take it out on anyone you can. read more

Tasted really bad, the customer service was horrible. The lady acted as if she didn't want to help me. I asked for every veggie on my sub and she had to be a smart ass and say it's only onion and tomato? I blatantly asked for all. I use to love Quiznos over subway, but as I realized, subway will always be bae. read more

Went here today because of the proximity to Safeway. The place is clean. Owners are very nice and the sandwiches were hot and fresh.

My first Quizno's meal in a LOOOOOOONG time was yesterday after a meeting in Hayward. It was fine, I guess, and in a pure 'taste' department, it was pretty good. I'd choose this place over McDonald's, Burger King, and other fast food places. Deep down inside I am thinking the ingredients are a bit dicey, but once every two years I'll take the risk. read more

Place was horrible from the moment I walked in. We were not greeted instead the two people working there were arguing about a phone order that wasnt done. The girl behind the counter that started our food was just so rude it was unbelievable first I ordered my 8 year olds kids meal with just turkey and bread nothing else, she asked me twice disgustingly if that was seriously all she wanted. Next my other daughter orders an Italian and twice tells the woman no olives yet she covered it in olives anyway and threw it in the oven when I pointed it out she completely ignored me and asked what the next sandwich was, I ordered my next sandwich and a half salad she didnt ask me what I wanted on my sandwich just made it and threw it in the oven and then told me to tell the other guy I wanted a salad. On the other side the guy was just so overwhelmed with the phone order and the other sandwiches coming out of the oven along with mine that he was flustered and kept putting the wrong stuff on our sandwiches. My daughters plain turkey sat in the oven so long the turkey was dried up and shriveled and the bread was so burnt but he just wrapped it up anyways I asked him for the bbq ranch salad he asked me what I wanted on it so I read him what the menu said and he started arguing with me that it didnt come with bacon and then he told me to wait while he helped the other people behind me at that point I had enough and just walked out... I love Quizno's and I'll eat here before any other sandwich shop. This location ALWAYS has fresh bread, meats and produce. The manager or owner is a really nice guy and he goes out of his way to make sure the customers have everything they need. I watched him run over to a mom and her son and hand him a cookie before they left. The employees treat you like they know you personally and are always smiling. Obviously the manager keeps the employees as happy as he does the customers. We liked this Quiznos so much we decided to use it for a catering event for work - he showed up at EXACTLY when he said he would (to the minute) had everything labeled, organized and ready to go for a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Quizno's. read more

I love Quiznos sandwiches! The man who took my to-go order is awesome! It was an office lunch which includes 10 items-8 large sandwiches, 2 salads and 3-"Paired" items. He double check the item with me over the phone and I had one of the guys picked it up. He then again made sure that we received everything. The "Paired" items were all together so we didn't do any guessing. I would recommend this sandwich joint. My favorite: Apple Harvest Chicken Salad Mesquite Chicken Salad. What I also like about this particular sandwich spot is that you don't have to tell them what you want on the sandwich like Subway. It comes as is. You won't be disappointed. read more

It's your typical Quizno's with some friendly employees. The best part is the location, right next to Starbucks and Safeway.

The food is what is to be expected, but the management and staff are the reasons I me and my wife keep coming back. The store is always clean and neat including the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their repeat customers. It is always nice to come into the establishment and be welcomed by the Manager and his staff. read more
