Doctor came in and noticed the loose tooth and asked if they could " just remove it and get it over with". I agreed thinking it was no big deal and wouldn't cost anything, and that is how they perceived with the question. Doctor to a paper towel and removed the tooth with zero evert and zero pain to my child. Weeks later a bill came in the mail with an over $200 dollar balance for a tooth extraction fee. I was going to pull that tooth my self in the coming days and not worry about anything, but the Dentist sounded like he should pull it to make things easier during the cleaning. Just watch out with this place, they will charge you for every little thing, we have been fighting this for years now and they are threating to send us to collections over pulling a very loose tooth with a paper towel. I did notice there were staff changes, and I know that can be difficult sometimes, but the overall care of Dr. Wing has been horrible. My 5 year old went in in January and was told he needed fillings. The Dr. did attempt to do them but my son was less than enthusiastic. In the end, we decided we'd wait a few months to try again, since they were not bad. I called today to have him seen and the dentist blatantly refused to see him citing that the "tooth was too decayed for him to do." Unbeknownst to me, Dr. Wing is not just a dentist, but also a psychic. Considering he hasn't seen my son in months and back when he did, he said the cavities weren't bad and we could wait until his June cleaning to address them again, I'm failing to see how he can see inside his mouth, over a phone, from 2 towns away. Unfortunately, when she arrived with my children, they were refused service because a "parent or legal guardian" was not present. At no point during scheduling was I informed that this would be required, otherwise I never would have arranged for someone else to bring them. I was also told that I had never completed the new patient paperwork, even though it had been submitted over three months earlier. Because of this, my children's biannual cleanings are now delayed. What was most upsetting was that when I called to reschedule, the office refused to reschedule the appointments and declined to continue seeing my children as patients. Overall, I found the experience extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given how important preventive dental care is for children.

They performed my extractions after I had been on antibiotics for only one day, which wasn't enough time to clear the infection. As a result, my face became extremely inflamed. Despite knowing I am diabetic and at higher risk, Dr. Dental refused to let me come in for emergency care. I had to go to an oral surgeon in Meriden, CT who, with the help of her assistant, had to painfully drain a very large abscess. Additionally, I had a root canal on tooth #30 that was done improperly. I've had a large hole in that tooth since May 2025. When the filling broke, the office told me to buy a temporary fill from CVS or Walgreens to avoid me coming back. Because they delayed treating other cavities, I now need more root canals due to nerve damage. This office (specifically Spencer St, Manchester CT) is a "mill" that overbooks for financial gain. They are greedy and dismissive of patient safety. Please do your research and believe the low ratings--your health isn't worth the risk.

When you enter, the waiting room is more like the living room where you're not allowed to sit on the couch, that or a dental salon or maybe a yoga studio, complete with--I believe--live orchids in the corner. It's an airy, uncluttered space with coffee pods and HGTV, and is definitely a place to relax before your cleaning. For now the coffee table books and kids books have been removed. Marlena, Talia, and Stacy and Dr. Michalski are all professional yet human. Even if you have crowded teeth, flossing isn't bad here--they are super gentle. The dental chairs in each room face large windows, so you still feel relaxed through your cleaning--natural light beats fluorescent light any day. There are TVs you can watch through cleanings/exams if that's your thing. A neat solar array can be seen from these windows! Being COVID-19 era the the staff are in scrubs, masks, and shields, but still friendly. Marlena apologized for the air suction tubes presently over the chairs, but it wasn't so bad or loud. Everyone gets a tooth brush goody bag at the end of their visit, and they'll give you a trial size Sensodyne if that's your paste. Kids get to visit the prize box, the dental standard. In all, it's a pretty painless dental experience all around.
