Eh I don't think the price reflects the quality of the smoothie even if they used organic fruits. Way too pricey for the quality you get. The vibe and the taste of the two smoothies we ordered were excellent! Although it is on the pricier side, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. We ordered Green Giant and PB&H and both are so different from each other yet have their own unique flavors. GG is more on the refreshing side thanks to the pineapple, so it will be a perfect summer cool drink. PB&H feels more filling given the almond milk and peanut butter. We really like them both and will highly recommend! But it was high in protein so I'm happy about my choice still :) There was only one person working while I was there and it was pretty slow around 10am. The service was fast and friendly. Place itself is clean. Love the localized Culver City mural! A couple indoor tables and a bathroom. I love Qwench!! This location is in a convenient location and there is parking available. More of a to-go vibe but there is also some seating available . The staff there has great customer service and really good at their job - helpful with menu suggestions since there are lots of options. I get my orders very quickly and I see them grinding. I normally get the açaí bowls , lunch bowls, and smoothies there ! All so fresh and delicious. It fills me up and is good enough for a meal. I highly recommend trying it out ! I used to really like the açaí bowls but the mixture/flavor has seemed to get worse over the last year. The smoothies are hit or miss but I get way more good ones than bad ones. I guess it depends on who makes them as the consistency is well... inconsistent but it's a great little spot to go after a gym trip. I've been to Qwech twice now, and both times I had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the employees--a short Hispanic woman who seemed to have a serious attitude issue. On my first visit, I ordered the mango blend, and unfortunately, I couldn't even drink it because the taste was so bad. I went back in to get something else (the OJ blend), and while she did allow me to change the drink, she made it feel like a huge inconvenience and was noticeably rude in the process. I appreciated that she accommodated the swap, but the way she handled it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Today, I came back and ordered the same OJ blend, but I asked for "light banana" because I know bananas tend to overpower the drink. From the moment I said that, her attitude shifted again--very dismissive and cold, like I was bothering her. She made a comment about the standard two scoops of banana, but I just wanted less, and instead of just adjusting the order, she made it feel like I was a problem. It felt like she still held onto tension from my first visit, and overall, I felt very unwelcome. The energy was off, and the customer service was lacking. Even though she technically gave me what I asked for, the way she did it was rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning. This store has not had the same level of service since new management . The new owner is a business owner franchise ran that is taking advantage of customers who have been in the community coming here . For several months they have given me the run around re the previous rewards program at the direction of this new owner and franchise leadership . They don't care about customers. He won't honor the previous rewards system even though I had met the requirement for the free smoothie after several purchases and this is an example of poor leadership . Lastly he is telling me to buy more smoothies and he will give me a discount . This is not right as he is directing me to spend more at a business that didn't appreciate my business . He only works a couple hours in the morning and is not responsive to consumer feedback . I will no longer visit this location and if the company does not right the wrong he perpetuated I will avoid this establishment in the future permanently and not frequent any of their locations. The previous management and owner was much more receptive to customer feedback and demand . I was directed to email corporate and not given contact info when requested or told anything about the lack of clarity of honoring the previous rewards program and enticed to spend more instead when the issues was not attempted to be resolved . Wouldn't choose to go back because I've had better and it's tough when I've tasted a quality acai bowl. Sunlife still has the best tasting acai I've had so far. The portion sizes for Qwench are massive though and less pricey than sunlife so I appreciated that. It was good and filling and big.
