I always ask for them to do some kind of detail work with the tint appointment. They did a great job with the tint as always, but it was apparent they were closing early and the employees locked up the store and were all back to their cars before I could even get to mine.

I had my 2026 Tesla Model 3 windows tinted through them, and when i came to pick it up, it had the…read moresunshade on the back glass. I failed to inspect the back glass that day mainly coz it was hot and i didn't want to remove and put the sunshade back on (and I trusted their work considering the reviews). When I tried to remove the sunshade for a trip to San Francisco (it's not hot up there), i noticed that the shade was missing a clip which made it sag. When it was removed, i noticed that the headliner fabric is burnt, right where the sag is, which made me suspicious that they strategically hid the burn, and did not disclose it at handoff. I also had issues with the quality of the film application, there are so many creases on the back glass (see pictures). So, this morning i went to the shop and talked to the owner and let him inspect the damaged headliner and maybe fix the film; i even gave them the benefit of the doubt and also paid them to tint my windshield. After inspection, He agreed to pay for the repair/replacement, since it was just the back pillar, but when i showed him Tesla's estimate for the replacement ($1045, which is ridiculous coz tesla said they have to replace the whole headliner, not just the back glass pillar), he did not wanna take liability anymore and instead denied that the burn is the shop's fault. When i came back to pick up my car, he said they tried to fix the back glass tint and the burnt part... i checked and nothing has changed. Same creases, same bubbles, same locations, same burn. They had the windshield tint installed and i see some creases/bubbles too. I'ma have to see if these are going to cure in the next 2 days. I was gonna do ppf with them too, but not anymore. Never coming back again. Avoiding at all costs. Integrity? None. Pristine? Nope.

He did a great job on the inside of the truck. But the outside had water spots on roof line by the windshield and a dead bug on top. Plus it did not feel like they did any clay nor ceramic coating on top. By the mirrors and front grill there were water droplets. After bringing it to the attention of his worker, they took care of it after a second inspection to make sure they took care of those complaints. I found the truck bed cover still had dirt on it, picture is included. I would think when booking a new customer you would go out of your way to do an outstanding job the first time for return business. They did take care of everything after me pointing out the truck bed cover, but I shouldn't have to inspect it like that for the price I paid for a full detail. An hour for one guy to detail a Ford long bed lifted F350 truck seems very rushed. He got called out on a bad job on the exterior of my truck. Yes, you guys took care of it after I pointed out the water spots, water droplets, grease on rear door handles, and dirt on my truck bed cover after a $250 detail job. But, I was never rude to him or you, nor did I ask for a discount from you. I just won't be using you again nor recommend your service. Thanks
