They quoted $30 for no chip/shellac manicure and $28 for regular polish pedicure. I upgraded the pedicure to the $33 option in order to get a sea salt scrub and massage and it was WORTH IT!!. The nail techs were friendly, did a FANTASTIC job with the polish and exceptional massages! Additionally, their pedicure massage chairs gave me a fantastic shiatsu style massage that almost put me to sleep. I highly recommend LA Nail salon. They were efficient, very reasonably priced IMO, and most importantly, gave me a perfect pedicure amd shellac manicure. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back. I plan on recommending this nail salon to my friend who works in the area.

I explained that the machine makes my nails too soft and asked her to stop, but she ignored me and continued. When I asked if she was listening, she responded "no" in English. It felt like she was pretending not to understand me, even though she clearly did. The lack of communication and disregard for my request made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. She assured me she had time to do the soap off quickly as I expressed I had an appt in an hour an a half I had to get too. After about 40 minutes of sitting there for a soak off, I asked her if she could please sit down and finish helping me take off my nails so I could pay and leave. She became very upset. She was obviously very overwhelmed with every client she was trying to complete at once . On my way out I attempted to take a Picture of the complaint sign to make a report, as some random white lady proceeded to scream at me to "get out, she told you to get out . I'm acting as her lawyer ..."I can not make this up . The lady who I assume now is the owner told the lady to calm down .She just kept sitting there screaming get out. It felt like an episode of Punked , I kid you not . This place is a ghetto mess every time I go in there . Don't bother.
