Once a year or so, I like to get my car washed, waxed, and detailed. It's good for it, and I can't…read moredo it myself. In this case, it had been three years since I had done it; with COVID, it just didn't happen. I googled places to get your car detailed in ABQ, and this came up. I love all the services they offer, especially the clay bar and wax, because that gets all the impurities off the paint and makes it like glass. I called on Wednesday, and they could take it on Friday. They even gave me a loaner car which was great; it freed me up to run errands and go home. The radio didn't work in it, but it was a complementary ride, so I really can't complain. He quoted me 299+ tax, and that's precisely what it was when I came to pick it up. It could have been more depending on the filthy ness of the vehicle. I dropped it off just before 9 am, and it was ready at 2 pm. The outside looked glossy, and shiny, except for a few places with water drops, but they were on the lights. The all-weather mats were clean and glistened like they had been oiled; I think they looked better than when they were new. The leather seats were shiny and everything smelled so nice. I was very impressed until I found a few remaining frys under the front seat when I moved it to get my phone that I had dropped. That made me feel like he could have done a more thorough job with the vacuum. However, I'm very happy with the job overall and would recommend to others!

We filed the claim with our insurance, and this shop called the next day to schedule an appointment. The appointment was about a week out, which was okay, the vehicle was still operable. When we arrived to our appointment, we checked in at the front desk. We had to sign some paperwork and hand over the keys. One of their associates came out to the vehicle, marked the damage, and also marked previous damage. We signed some more paperwork and we were on our way. We got a call a week later from them. He explained in great detail the damage that had occurred, and they hit a point where the insurance told them to not go any further. The insurance called the vehicle a total loss. The next day we came to clean out the belongings and remove the license plate. The second experience was very similar to the third. For our first experience, we also used this recommended shop from our insurance. This job was some fender work that they fixed up and it looked like new. The crew here are extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable with what they are doing. It's no wonder it's my insurance's recommended shop.
