I utilized TM's Collision Repair for my car to be fixed after a collision. They were within network for my auto insurance (Liberty Mutual) so that is how I found them and chose to use them. Liberty mutual was HORRIBLE to deal with. It took ages to get into contact with my assigned individual and they did not listen to anything I said. Can't advocate enough for any readers to refrain from using Liberty Mutual. On the other hand, TM's Collision was great to work with. Yes, it took a while to get an appt. But once I was able to drop my car off they were great at keeping me in the loop with timing and how things were going. The work they did was clean and professional as well. I'm looking to switch insurance companies now, but if I ever need any auto work done again, I plan to go back to TM's Collision repair in Wisconsin St. read more

Wow! My 2014 Honda CR-V looks like it's 2014! I had a few of the usual scratches and dings that one might accumulate over 10 years. Then I foolishly closed the garage door on the open tailgate. DUH. I called Japanese Car Care, my car maintenance guys, to ask for the name of a great collision repair company. No hesitation: "TM Collision Repair". I stopped by to check out the reception area and see if it was a place I might do business with. Tidy, well run, welcoming, friendly office and waiting area! I learned I had to make an appointment for an estimate. No problem. A few weeks later, I met Bo who gave me a thoughtful estimate for scratch and dent repairs and refurbishing the somewhat cloudy headlight plastic covers. Then I made an appointment for the repairs. Had to leave the car for several days. We were notified by text that the car would be ready today. Called to confirm a time for pick up. Adele, the office manager, welcomed us and we paid for the repairs. While waiting for the car to be brought to the front parking area, we were offered coffee, water, and cool, tidy waiting area.The repairs were absolutely spot on! We are thrilled with a new looking 10 yr old vehicle. We highly recommend TM Collision Repair. They are professional, friendly, and really know how to run a great business. 5 stars!! read more

I have an old Camry that I have kept mechanically sound and maintained for 19 years. Other than the usual paint fading issues in this climate (hood, trunk, top) the rest is pretty good. I've never hit anyone nor have I been hit - until last month when a neighbor scraped my car. Japanese Car Care (my gurus) recommended TM's. I got the estimate, convinced her insurance company that was my preferred choice (I did get 3 estimates), and took my car to TM's. They had it for a week and the replacement fender and repairs were perfect. Paint is hard to match after all those years but it's an exact match. The passenger door was repaired and it looks like it was never hit. I have the feeling they may have done some cleanup or light buffing on the rest of the car because the vehicle looks better overall than when I took it in. If I had the money I'd have them paint what needs repainted, but I don't. From start to finish, customer service and repair work is stellar!! read more

Accidentally went in the wrong door into the repair area and saw a worker sleeping at his repair area. After getting there for an estimate was told I needed to schedule an appointment. I brought my 19 year old Taurus with a severely T-boned driver's door on 9/19/19. They were able to find what looked like a new same color door and installed it with perfect function. EVERY piece of glass from the shattered window was vacuumed. Bo and Adel were absolutely wonderful going the extra yard for me. I wish I could give this place zero stars, my car was involved in a car accident and had to get my headlight and transmission replaced, a day or two later I'm driving down the highway and my car is freaking out, come to find out they forgot to hook my Transmission hose back up, had to have State Farm tow it for me to get fixed, couple weeks after that my headlight goes out, turns out it rained and they didn't properly seal it so I took it back for them to seal again, about a couple months down the road my headlight goes out again because it rained, precipitation in my headlight and my bulbs burn out yet again... fast forward a year down the road and I'm having transmission issues, so instead of taking it to a joke of TMs Collision I take it to Tranco which I highly recommend, come to find out my solenoid module is junked, all my cooling wires needed replacing and two engine and transmission mounts needed replacing. I asked Rob at Tranco if theoretically he received a car that needed a transmission replacement if he'd replace the solenoid module and parts that I mentioned above whilst replacing the transmission and he said yes. Moral of the story if a place like TMs couldn't fix a headlight after the second go around it must be pretty scary that they worked on my transmission, especially if they didn't even hook my TRANSMISSION HOSE up and it sprayed fluid all over the highway, TMs has caused more bad than good to my car and the negligence of them not properly hooking up my hose couldve caused harm to me or someone else on the highway!!! I cannot make this up!! DO NOT GO THERE for car maintenance!!!!! PS I had to pay $1,850 out of pocket to have someone else do TMs job!!! read more

I was referred to TM's from our auto mechanic (Pete's Automotive) for some trim work and minor body repair. I had the new trim piece for my windshield already purchased, so I just needed it put on. I also needed the splash guard underneath my car fixed since it was dragging on the ground. The guy who helped me got me in and out in 30 minutes, was very professional and friendly, and did a great job! I was very impressed and will definitely use them again in the future! read more
