I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.

Chevy seems to like to force customers to pay for things that are already free like their Onstar program for Google Maps. UnleSS you want to pay for Onstar program the Google Maps feature does not work.

Problem #1 the ignition is jacked up because of the key or some crap! He told me must be the battery....yea not the battery replaced it same issue! Problem#2 the wheel bearings are worn completely out and I haven't even rode it but on and off the trailer to take home! Guess what more money out of my pocket! Problem #3 finally got it running and on the first ride hadn't had the damn thing in mud or water over the tires yet and guess what it is blue smoking and burning oil!! Hints it must have been sunk before I bought it and the engine is blown!! Wow!! So guess what another couple thousand coming out of my pocket wtf!! Problem #4 went to wash it with a hose and bucket just for the hell of it and guess what now!? The damn belt box is jacked up its leaking water into it!! Typical bait and switch pricing approach. Not to mention that their sales people are either highly incompetent or just blatantly dishonest, and when called out on their dealerships dishonest approach they try feebly to debate you. Please avoid this shady dealership.
