My windshield wipers were super bad and so was my air filter and I was told it needed to be changed asap and I didn't at the time and when I came back a few months later my car review they send you after checking your car it showed everything was fine and in perfect condition when I havnt even done the reccomended things to do from the last visit. Are cars no longer being checked properly? I also got an oil change and didn't receive my updated sticker to see when to come back. Super dissapointed with the service now I never really know what my car needs done when the workers can't even correctly check the vehicle or care enough to. Just lazy work.

Called Subaru, talked to Dan Peeples -- he told me to take it to Autozone to have the codes read before resetting. I also took my car for evaluation to an independent not authorized Subaru Service Shop -- a mistake. They charged for the evaluation. Said I needed a rebuilt transmission and never called back. Dan and I were in communication for a week on my car -- stating I could drive it as long as the hot oil light did not come on. When it did, he said: "stop driving and have it towed in". Within 24 hrs of having my car at Mike Shaw's, Dan called me back with a diagnosis and cost. I picked my car up that afternoon -- transmission repaired. Test drove it to Winter Park -- not only did the car perform outstanding but I got 30.5 mpg driving to the mountains with a 2011 Subaru. My worst fear was that the car was not repairable at a reasonable price and NEW CAR. Now I'm confident for another 100K miles. Dan and his team are incredible. And I have confidence that Subaru and Mike Shaw will stand behind the repair work. I am more than satisfied and glad to know that there is a friendly, quality-minded, excellent Subaru-dealership/service for my car. Recently moved to Denver. They also recommended and installed balancing beads which really helped the oversize tires stay balanced. Called them up and they said they could take a look as soon as I could bring it in, which was same day. Perfect. Inexpensive with really fast turnaround. The folks there are good and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use again for future tire needs. Apparently 303 does other auto work as well, but I do not have experience with those services. Now I had previously done a stellar review for this business, when I had my truck worked on…read more However, after the first of the year, I was having issues with my primary vehicle so I was needed to get service done on that one as well. So before I took my car to Front Range Motors, I decided to put them to the test (what better time than any right). So I had an idea, that it may be the tensioner on my motor that could be causing the noise that I was hearing but wasn't sure quite sure. I took my car to Firestone, which was right down the street, and paid for their basic service for inspection (which I think was around $70). After having the car for a couple of days, they advised me that I would need to get my valves adjusted, and that it could also be my timing belt, but not sure at the moment, with a hefty repair bill (I wont mention the price, because your vehicle could vary from mine). However, if I chose to get everything done right then and there, they would knock off 10% of the bill, then he offered the Firestone Charge with six months same as cash, if I wanted to open a charge account. I kindly declined at the moment, and advised them that I would have to get back with them. I then called Front Range Motors, spoke to one of the nice ladies in the office and made an appointment and dropped off my car to get looked at. I received a call the next morning, and they had advised me that it was in fact the tensioner for the timing belt, and gave me a price that was approximately $600.00 less than what Firestone quoted me (less the valves adjustment). I then asked if the noise had anything to do with adjusting the valves, and the answer was "no", that it was the tensioner for the timing belt, and the timing belt would need to be replaced along with the normals that going along with that replacement. I decided to go with Front Range Motors, because obviously the price was less, but they didn't try and sell me services that was not needed, and they knew what needed to be done, right from the get go. So, when the car was finished they called to let me know that they also found a broken engine mount that needed to be replaced (I was thinking, ahhhh man, here we go). I then asked how much extra that was the bill going to be, and she said nothing (just like before). When giving out the quote for repairs, they always quote a little on the high side, in the event that extra needs to be done (like this time). I still ended up paying a little less than the original quote. I highly suggest taking your vehicle to Front Range Motors for your automotive repairs. I have taken two vehicles there, and till continue to use them moving forward. They are honest as the day is long, and they wont do any unnecessary repairs on your vehicle, if they are not needed. Front Range Motors, YOU GUYS ROCK! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I brought my Forester in because I suspected a wheel bearing was going bad. I also heard another…read morenoise, which a second shop later confirmed was related to the same wheel bearing issue. At Simply Subaru, instead of diagnosing the issue I came in for, they immediately tried to upsell me on a list of "problems" such as dirty antifreeze that supposedly meant I needed a new radiator, A/C leaks, and several dirty filters, including the cabin air filter I had replaced just a month and a half earlier. Only after all that did they claim my brakes were unsafe. They told me I had just 1 millimeter of pad in the front and 2 millimeters in the rear, and said they could not road test or investigate the wheel bearing until those were addressed. I declined their services, but they still tried to charge me even though they never diagnosed the actual issue I brought the car in for. I had to push back multiple times before they finally agreed to drop the charge. Once home, I measured the brake pads myself using calipers. I found 6.25 millimeters in the front and 3.29 millimeters in the rear, just beginning to hit the squeal indicator. I have photos to prove it. A few days later, I took the car to another local shop. They confirmed the issue was in fact a bad wheel bearing and replaced it. They also measured the brakes and found 5.73 millimeters in the front and 3.01 millimeters in the rear. They recommended replacing the rear pads and rotors soon, since the rotors were below spec, but said the front pads were at about 40% left and rotors, while also below spec to be turned, were not urgent and could wait tell the pads were changed to be replaced. They reviewed Simply Subaru's report and said most of it was exaggerated or unnecessary, clearly intended to increase the bill. They inspected the filters and noted that the cabin air filter looked almost new and did not need replacement. The engine air filter was a little dirty, but not in urgent need of service. I am sure others who do not know much about cars have been taken advantage of by this shop. All I can say is, do not take your vehicle here.

Very disappointed....Thinking I would take one of my show cars to…read more them to see how they would treat it ....BIG MISTAKE. The car was totally detailed before it was delivered. Precise instructions were provided along with all the necessary hardware. Picking up the car I found the body was filthy, along with bird droppings on the hood and rear hatch window, no protective paper on the driver side floor mat resulting in a grease stain. Further inspection I noticed the front and rear body panels had water/splashes ?? The passenger side door was not fully closed and stuck in a locked position. I provide a 5 qt container of oil to be used , but instructed to use a little under 4 qts when I verified the dip stick it didn't reach the min. and was verified and a picture was taken by their employee. They suggested the valve cover was leaking ( not the case) The damage is yet to be determined.

The old adage is that when it comes to service, quality or price (value), you can only have 2 of 3. But Simply Euro is breaking the mold. They identified and fixed a worn motor mount issue on my Audi Q5, and have been great with preventative maintenance on a Porsche Cayenne. They're trustworthy - great about only doing what's necessary and have pulled up a CarFax to check maintenance history and make sure we're only changing fluids that are actually due. Top that off with great service from service managers like Joseph, and you have a winning combination. They've even offered to call me a Lyft when I needed to drop my car off and get to work. Save yourself some $$$ and avoid the Audi/BMW/VW/Porsche dealers. P.S. These guys give back to the local community too - they do a great promo every December where they offer a free oil change for donating a toy and have donated thousands of toys to kids in need.

If Yelp would allow no stars I would be giving this repair shop 0 stars. 1. The owner Don told us he would have our vehicle ready 5 days from the day we dropped it off. Our vehicle was not ready until 10 days after we dropped it off. Throughout the whole time our vehicle was in his shop for repairs we had a very difficult time reaching contact with Don. Each day after the 5th day when we were able to reach contact with Don, he made promises that our vehicle would be ready the following day, and of course it was not. 2. Don informed us that the repairs to our vehicle took so long because once they got the transmission apart their were many other things that they had to fix and he wanted to take his time to make sure it was done right. However, he did not fix our vehicle properly because a month later the seal on the transmission started leaking. Yes we are still with in the warranty from the repairs Don's shop did, but we do not trust his repairs and don't want his shop ever touching our vehicle again. So we have taken our vehicle to someone else that will repair our vehicle the correct way. 3. Don bragged about how he has 5 stars in the reviews from previous customers. Don and his office clerk were very consistent and aggressively telling us several times to go online and give them a 5 star review.
