One of my garage door springs broke unfortunately and I prayed God would help me find a good company to come repair it. I've had a few friends use other companies that didn't service them well. I sent in a Yelp request Sunday evening and they responded within a few minutes. Bonilla had amazing customer service and a good quote on the pricing. The service provided by R&E garage doors was exemplary. Their office contacted me two days after I received my new garage door opener from Home Depot, and they arranged for installation for the very next morning. Their technician Raul was right on time at the beginning of the service window. He removed my old opener and installed the new one in about an hour and a half. He worked quickly and steadily, and was notably efficient by keeping all of his tools and mounting hardware close at hand and organized. He patiently and politely answered all of my questions as he worked. Most importantly, he provided a very valuable extra service by enhancing the sturdiness of the installation. In particular, he volunteered to use some heavy gauge aluminum channels he noticed that I had stored in the garage in place of the thinner mounting channels supplied with the opener. Similarly, he offered to use an additional length of heavier channel as a cross brace along the back as a supplement to the installation instructions for the opener. The resulting installation is rock solid, with the opener mounted very rigidly to the garage framing. The exceptionally sturdy mounting is undoubtedly the reason that the operation of the chain drive opener is surprisingly quiet; in fact, the only notable noise is the low rumbling from the door itself, the same sound as if it were being opened and closed manually. From my experience I would highly recommend R&E for installation of a new garage door opener. The company and Raul easily exceeded my expectations for a prompt and sound installation. read more

R&E Garage Doors was the vendor assigned to me when I requested installation for a garage door opener purchased at Lowe's. They contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, they canceled the first appointment but let me know of the issue right away and rescheduled the following week when I was available. They also contacted Lowe's due to a discrepancy on the haul away fees and Lowe's made it right and paid them for haul away on the old opener. He arrived sooner than promised was friendly and professional and got the work done quickly. He even discovered my garage door hinges were missing like 4 screws from a builder rush job and replaced them. When I tell you I have owned this home for 8 years and never noticed!
