    I was involved in an accident on November 23rd and chose ABS Collision based on the expectation of professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, that expectation was far from reality. My truck was in their possession for four months, and during that entire time, communication was practically nonexistent. I was told I would receive updates throughout the process, yet I never once got a proactive call. Every update I received was because I had to reach out first which is unacceptable for a repair taking this long. Toward the end of the process, things got even worse. ABS continued giving me finish dates, then suddenly claimed they needed a supplement from my insurance. I later found out from my insurance that ABS had ordered the wrong bumper, and State Farm refused to cover their mistake. Instead of taking accountability, ABS tried to pass that cost onto me. Not only was the bumper wrong, but it was also not the original type I brought my truck in with. They replaced it with a different bumper that included a flare--something my vehicle did not originally have. I was explicitly told that if any custom or different part was needed, they would call me to confirm before moving forward. That call never happened. They made that decision on their own, and I was left dealing with the consequences. I was told I needed to pay an extra $200 out of pocket. I made it very clear that I would only be paying my $500 deductible--especially since, at the beginning of the process, Idillios son explicitly told me I would not have to pay anything beyond that and that it would be illegal for them to charge me otherwise. They refused to budge, then suddenly lowered it to $130. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the amount changed again to $190 this time .When I questioned this, (David) asked me who told me $130 ironically, it was him. That level of disorganization and lack of accountability is beyond unprofessional. At that point, I felt completely backed into a corner. I ended up paying the $130 just to get my truck released, because the owner (Idillio) who I requested to speak with--was conveniently "not available" and wouldn't be there for several more days. After already waiting four months, it felt like they were intentionally delaying things, leaving me with no choice but to pay out of pocket just to avoid further issues. To make matters worse, when I finally got my truck back and brought it home, I noticed the condition of the work didn't match what I was told. They claimed the bumper was OEM and that the repair was "good quality," yet the bumper filler looks poorly done and the surface is visibly scratched. After waiting months and being charged extra for their mistake, that level of workmanship is extremely disappointing. What makes this worse is that from the very beginning, I was reassured I wouldn't have to come out of pocket beyond my deductible. That clearly wasn't true! THEY ARE LIARS! Overall, this experience felt disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional from start to finish. A business that makes a mistake should take responsibility--not shift the cost onto the customer, change numbers depending on the day, make unauthorized decisions about parts, and then deliver subpar work. If this is their version of "quality" and "customer service," I'd hate to see what they consider poor. Save yourself the headache and do not even consider this shop an option.

    Trusted my car in the hand of this business for quality repairs completely. Received my car with a cracked up windshield a bad one at that. It was nothing to them for me to take it like that. I do feel they should compensate after all they only had my car 3 months too long.

    The drivers side of my Kia Forte had gotten a major dent. The dent was so severe I couldn't open my door. It was such a hassle to deal with, it wasn't the type of damage you could just deal with later, it had to be fixed right away. I read the great reviews on ABS and decided to call, mind you I live all the way in Long Beach. I called and spoke with Amelia, she was such a gem! Great customer service, talked me through the process and made it very simple, we all know the auto service industry can make things so complex but not at ABS. When I dropped off my car I met Idilio, he was also very nice and attentive, he looked at the dent of my car and reassured that I was in good hands and not to worry. Lastly, Octavious assisted me with my paperwork and insurance process, also something you would dread having to deal with but Octavious made it such a simple process. Another thing I really liked was the text messages I would receive throughout the week with updates on my car, I never felt the need to call and ask questions because I was already being updated without needing to worry or wonder! Great professional services I received, I would definitely refer all of my friends, and family members! Thank you again ABS, you guys are awesome!

    I had damage to my front passenger side and bumper of my 2018 Chevy Malibu. I took it in and Idillio and his team took great care of me! I have all of my family's vehicles repaired here. I can always rely on professional service, clear communication, outstanding value, and friendly people. They even had the interior cleaned before I picked it up! It looks the same as it did the day I bought it. Great Job Guys

    They restored my 2007 Jeep grand Cherokee Overland addition to its original condition! Absolutely loving the TLC and great customer service. Every step of the way was easy and a seamless process. UPDATE: a few weeks later I had a problem with the door panel that was repaired sticking. I brought my Jeep back and they took care of the issue immediately and without any hassle. Well worth the customer service experience if you are trying to consider your options.

    I don't recommend this place bad service they had my car for more then half a year and I did not see them try to get it to me sooner.
