I had a really bad experience with this shop. To those of you reading this, I apologize in advance that this review is so long. I had my car tinted here recently with their top quality ceramic tint. The tint they installed claims to have lifetime warranty, but they do not give you a receipt and its cash only. The owner Ambrocio was very nice and polite in the beginning, customer service was great, the materials they use are very good quality, he even included a few microfiber towels and a can of window cleaner when they finished the installation. They gain your trust but be careful! If you get your car tinted here MAKE SURE you check their work 100% before you leave! My car had huge gaps along some of the edges. I paid $180 for the installation. I was the last car of the day and the shop closed right after they finished my car. When I took it back the next day to let them know, they said it was too late to complain about it and that they wouldn't fix it or warranty it. At least not for free. Instead, he told me that if I wanted it done perfectly, I would have to pay $180 again to redo it plus an additional charge of $50 for the removal of the adhesive from the tint they installed. I was very unsatisfied with the tint job. In the nicest way possible I asked for my money back and that he remove the tint, I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere. He refused and said that my only option was to pay him some more money to do the tint again. I ended up paying $100 more to redo it all again, that was the least he was willing to go. Almost all tint shops charge a fee to remove old tint and he knows that, that's how I was trapped. I had no choice, it was either pay R & H $100 or pay another shop $200-$300 to remove the bad tint job and install new film. To make things worse. After he did the tint nearly perfect the second time. I come to find out he installed cheap REGULAR tint and not CERAMIC. I gave up. I can't afford to pay $500 just to tint a windshield. I hope this helps anyone considering the services of this shop. read more

I failed to inspect the inside of my car because I trusted the owners I noticed they damaged my door panel that now has a big ugly stain that does not come off. When we went back they denied it that they use water and soap to tint windows.
