Javier and Jason are straight up enablers of musical chaos in the best way possible. The sound quality is crystal clear, even when the volume is up to ridiculous levels. The speakers are loud, the bass hits hard, and 4,000 watts is more than enough to make your ears file a formal complaint. I still haven't turned it max volume. Too scared Lol What impressed me most was the customer service. Javier and Jason had plenty of opportunities to upsell me, but they never pushed anything. In fact, I ended up talking myself into upgrades because they took the time to answer every question and explain everything without any pressure. They're down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about getting the setup right. They're really good dudes...ones a little intimidating...but super nice. I promise. Best setup EVER. I was looking online for a place to install aftermarket taillights on my civic and came across this shop. Yelp AI actually recommended them to me, so I decided to stop by for a free estimate. I expected a fair quote for a relatively simple job--at most, removing some trunk paneling. To my surprise, they quoted me $190 for the installation. That felt excessive considering this is a pretty basic install that mainly involves unscrewing a few clips and bolts. I've done light car work before, and I knew this wasn't something highly technical or time-consuming. I mentioned that other places quoted me slightly over $100, and at that point, I figured I'd rather just do it myself. It felt like the difficulty of the job was being exaggerated, and the price didn't reflect the actual labor involved. To be clear, I'm not rating them 1 star because I didn't go through with the service, and I'm not trying to harm the business. This review is mostly to inform others to expect significantly higher pricing here, at least in my experience. This was not how I planned to start my evening but nothing I can do when a tree attacks your car. I called around and sent messages on Yelp trying to get it fixed that same night, but no luck. However, I decided to hire JJ Windshield Repair and Replace because they provided a decent quote AND offered an OEM windshield. The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. He cleaned up all the glass, replaced the windshield, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. Eddie was professional and efficient. Based on Eddie's work and personality alone, I would recommend JJ Windshield Repair and Replace and I would definitely ask for Eddie.

I took in my Honda accord a couple days ago to get it tinted and the work was fine just the customer service here sucks. After the guy told me it would be ready in 3 hours, I left and came back and to my surprise it was not even touched yet. The middle eastern guy gave me HORRIBLE attitude. I left and came back after 1 hour and 40 minutes and when I arrived my car was still not done! I wasted so much time and they refused to give me a discount nor did I get an apology rather the middle eastern guy told the other guy charge him so he gets the F out of here. Very unprofessional place. They also left stains on my door panels and the guy said it was nothing when the stains were very visible. People like this make customers not want to go to these businesses. The middle eastern guy's customer service deserves 0 stars. NEVER coming back! read more

I got my car tinted at this shop with good work but terrible customer service from the Middle Eastern guy. He has such a horrible attitude towards his customers. After showing him a few mistakes I saw with the tint he put on my car he refused to fix it and ignored when I talked to him. The other two guys were awesome ! If you don't like your job you should switch careers. Never coming again. If you like being treated poorly this is the place. read more

I went with the 3M ceramic IR film with 50% for the front windshield and 15% all around. It makes a huge difference for blocking out sunlight and heat from entering the 4Runner. I like that it's dark enough for privacy, but not too dark that you can't see at night. As for the front windshield, I appreciate that it's tinted enough to block out the sun and not too dark that other drivers can't see me. Oscar was really professional and got the job done in three hours. He also offers excellent pricing compared to the previous shops I went to get my others cars tinted.
