There are many installers out there, but if you value attentive interactions and top-notch customer service, they are the ones for you! More details: Adam & Dean were the first people I dealt with. They listened to my current and future needs and proposed a system for me. They were extremely patient, walking me through the proposal, financials, outcome, rebate opportunities, and so on. Following a couple of revisions, we executed the agreement. During inspections of my home, we found we needed to replace the roof. That's when I started working with Moti and his team, who were phenomenal. They provided me with different options considering the benefits and prices. They were patient in providing swatches and so on. At this point, I also began working with Mian and Daisy (GoGreen's office) regarding permits, documentation for rebates, and more. That's when I realized I am working with a comprehensive team who are dedicated and committed to top-tier service and follow-up. The roof replacement did not go as smoothly as I hoped, due to rain! We had delays and some complications. GoGreen proved their commitment and addressed every complication! Once the roof was done, we had to replace the main electric panel, install the solar panels (15), batteries (2), and lastly install my car charger. Every person working for GoGreen was top-notch, with quality and attention to detail. Inspections by the city and Fire Dept. were well coordinated and all went smoothly. As with ALL construction projects, one has to 'figure in' extra costs when things have been 'covered over' for almost 30 years. Our project was no exception. But the team repaired all the damaged wood underneath and we feel they gave us value for our money in all areas of the project. We also have a large solar panel array which added significant cost. They removed all of the solar panels carefully and placed them in the garage for storing until the roof was done.
